酒店大堂大氣，但是房間比想象中的舊且空間略小。整體來説對於Marriott的品牌來説，有點點不及期待。地理位置完美，離French quarter很近。如果趕上活動日的話隔音並不完美。

位置優越、人員專業、服務到位 。

各個方面都很滿意

The Marriott Hotel on Canal St was such a convenient location for walking to the major tourist attractions…Bourbon Street, St. Louis Cathedral, the Ferries and paddlewheel boats. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel front desk and concierge service was so helpful to ensure that i knew how to get to my destinations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

アメニティーがあまり充実していませんでした。 歯ブラシなどもなく、、、 日本のマリオットはパジャマがありますが、パジャマなどのサービスもありませんでした。 色々と自分で持っていく必要があります。 立地だけは最高によかったので、どこにいくのもスムーズでした。そう言う意味ではまた泊まりたいですし、お勧めです。

There was a used soap bar in the shower when we arrived. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very soft, it was not comfortable. When we arrived the room was warm and the water was hot. Part of the way through our first shower the water got cold and the heater quit working. The next day it got COLD outside and there was absolutely no hot water, got out of a cold shower and the air was blowing very cold. They did send someone up to fix the issues and we had hot water that evening. When we woke up in the morning the room was 79 degrees though the heater was set at 70. It was very hot. The shower was cold again and there was brown water leaking through the ceiling tiles above the shower. The location was convenient and the view of the river was really nice.

We were in town for a concert last night. We stayed for 1 night at this hotel. We killed a total of 6 (5 in the bathroom & one near the tv) baby roaches in our room..i tried calling a few times to let front desk know but no answer. I told front desk upon departure this morning & all she said was "i'm sorry". This hotel is runned down now. There are holes in the chairs & stained pillowcases. We paid almost $300 to stay in a dump!!! DO NOT stay here. Go elsewhere.

We checked our bags early in the morning and were assured that the front desk clerk would text me when the room was ready. Never received that text though our room was ready when we finally came back at 3:30 pm. Noise from the tram that runs in Canal Street was non-stop even on the 19th floor, as was the roar of drag racers that continued until midnight. Guests partying loudly out in the hall also disturbed our sleep. Not a restful night !

The only issue I had with my recent star at Marriott was that my room was not ready upon check in. In fact, mt room was not ready until 6pm. The front desk assistant said that they would reach out to me once my room was ready, however I never got the call. Instead I just headed back to the hotel to see if my room was ready. The room and location was good

The elevators were pretty loud- you could hear them from within the room and I was not nextdoor to them. You could also hear people in adjacent rooms. They advertised the room with WiFi, then wanted to charge $12/day to access the WiFi. It should be included in all the room fees anyways. Highway robbery to nickle and dime you on WiFi. Next they'll be charging for electricity and water like I've rented a empty shell of a room only?

Staff was friendly. The only downside was I wanted to check out early in the morning to beat the rush of the day and there was no one at the concierge desk to get a cart and only one person was in valet to get cars. There was a line of people trying to park and get their cars. On busy weekends they need more people working at least 2.

We’re on a long my trip cross country and this was probably our favorite hotel. Amazing view, large comfortable suite and very helpful staff. The pantry store is awesome and super convenient. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in New Orleans. Would stay here again for sure.
