I booked a room doble bed (full bed no queens) 2 months before my trip, paid in full through *******. When I arrived to the hotel I got the surprise that they were overbooked and they didn’t have my room. It is unacceptable that they do not respect your reservation. It was too late to cancel and booked somewhere else so, since I booked with a third party their solution was to give me a bedroom with a king bed and a little portable bed for 3 adults and one big teenager, We didn’t have enough space, we didn’t rest well, the little bed is uncomfortable, it makes notices each time you move, it was not what I booked and their price is not cheap to have a bad night! They give me vouchers to use in the restaurant but even with that is not a compensation for having a bad night after flight from California to NOLA. Bathroom mediocre clean, bartender’s service really bad, again it was overbooked this person was alone taking care of the bar and drinks for people in tables so he was overwhelmed, tired and didn’t have any problem in show actitud to the customers sitting down in the bar.
The manager in this hotel/restaurant you need to do a better job in keeping up and respect reservations which is the main point of people booking in advance
