Not a resort, unlike what they claim in their name. Very limited in service and quite spartan. No daily toiletries , e.g., soaps, shampoos, etc.. no room cleaning during or entire 4 day stay. No trash pick up, in fact the desk says guests are to bring their trash to the rear of the hotel!! Front desk is only staffed up to 5pm each day. However the desk clerks were helpful. The shower had no cold water, only scalding hot!! would not recommend this hotel. There are much better nearby.

Amazing room and service! Our stay has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service from Renee has been impeccable and the room is extremely spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location and you can easily navigate to any restaurants nearby and it’s not a far walking distance to the French Quarter. We will definitely stay here again.

No security. No front desk after 5pm. Mouse and rat infestation. Dated modeling. Overall, a horrible place to stay. My family and I left after having mice in our suite.

This property is SO outdated, DIRTY, and smelled TERRIBLE! There were roaches in the room and no one at the desk to even call to tell or anything. I left on the second day and booked elsewhere because I couldn’t stand the disgusting feeling and SMELL another night. Literally the only pro is being walking distance to my conference at the convention center. The self check in wasn’t terrible but I literally didn’t see A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER until I left. She just took my keys and told me have a good day, there was no formal checkout or asking me how the stay was. 1/10 (ONLY because of the walking distance location)

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Evenings were noisy with lots of folks on the sidewalk late.

Convention stay 3 blocks away from convention center. Nice two level suite. Nice 2nd floor area to meet and watch TV Hot tub
