紐黑文畢業生飯店的評論

很經典的酒店，充滿書香。位置就在美術館旁邊。門卡都是用過去的畢業生製作。

房間很復古，用材也比較高級包括窗簾布。唯一就是必須拎箱子爬樓梯才能到大堂，有點無語～

很不錯的酒店，在耶魯校園內部，環境很好床也舒服。但需要注意這不是大學自營的酒店，問跟學校有關的訊息（健身房 食堂）總是一問三不知，請自己做好攻略。沒有健身房和停車場，停車要 停到步行 5 分鐘外的地方且一天 17 刀

挺好的，周邊有很多餐廳、麪包店和小超市等，房間有小的電水壺可以燒水。

除了進門沒有電梯，需要自提行李都挺好的，離耶魯近，房價一直是個謎

它位於校園內，交通便利。我可以隨時步行到任何校舍。工作人員很友好，很好！服務是基本的。

Beautiful rooms both lobby and sleeping rooms. There is no parking and no help from staff. We arrived in the rain and had to park illegally come in and ask how to park and unload. The desk person said it was “self parking” which meant no parking. We eventually found a garage nearby and dragged our bad through the rain. No help getting up the stairs and no real concern or sympathy. Breakfast is pastries. If you ask they might tell you about yogurt and granola but they don’t volunteer that. Cute place to eat but again absolutely zero service or concern. And it’s not included. Despite being a pretty hotel we will not stay here again due to staff bring disinterested in guests. Not unfriendly just oblivious. They would probably get better results if someone bothered to train them in basic hospitality.

The load-in process wasn't very clear. The neighboring hotels on a busy street have multiple spots for valet and told us that the Graduate has one spot available for load-in, which was apparently already in use. Thankfully there are nearby garages, so we just grabbed a spot in a garage and walked our luggage from there.

So slept in my bed 1st night , 2nd night and while fixing my bed to sleep in it for the 3rd night i pulled the covers back and found a pair of mens underwear IN MY Bed, so i slept with that in my bed for 2 nights. I told the lady at the front desk the next morning. All she sais was "i will notify housekeeping. So when i checked out a couple of hours later and mentioned it again, and she FORGOT to mention it to housekeeping. Neither time did she apologize, and didnt seem to care about the situation. I am disgusted and disappointed in their staff. Paid $1400 for 3 nights and obviously in a dirty bed. Shame on them.

The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.

Underwhelming/We have stayed at many Graduates, this was NOT up to par — Hotel in general not helpful… parking was an issue, could have stayed at Omni for similar price and the fact is we were here for a funeral and the hotel just added to the sadness… asked for toothpaste and made us walk next door??? Coffee bar would not let us charge to room and was rude. Amenities and cleanliness were severely lacking… disappointed :(

La ubicación es muy buena. Sin embargo los servicios que uno recibe por el costo nada que ver. Nadie te ayuda con las maletas, actitud poco proactiva del personal de recepción, no tiene restaurante, no limpian los cuartos diario sólo cada 3 día y eso no lo aclaran en ningún lado antes de poder hacer la reservación. En términos generales el hotel se califica malo.
