海軍上將區(Admiral's Quarter)

The Admiral Quarters is an older hotel recently renovated located near the pier on Kure Beach. This hotel had ample parking. We had an early check in which we did not ask for, but was given to us. Arriving to the room it was clean. We had plenty of clean towels. The beach was very private and very clean. Hotel staff was very courteous. Convenient to local restaurants as there were three within walking distance of our hotel. You do receive physical keys at this location rather than key cards. We had a very easy check out. As a matter of fact, upon leaving after only being 5 miles from the location, they called to let us know that an item was left. We returned the item was given to us in a bag with a date and time written on it. Would highly recommend this location. Will stay again.

The staff was great, the room is clean and comfortable. Very helpful when we had to extend our stay. We'd definitely stay again.

The worst stay I have ever had. I have stayed here many times before and have never had this happen. My room was not clean. My daughter had to clean the room our first night we asked for the room to be cleaned and they still did not clean it. Finally the day before we left they came and

Mattress had deep holes by just looking at it on both sides. Very small TV. 2 Kitchen chairs and no table. Mold around the top of the shower wall, I cleaned. Slept on top of the covers. Trash on outside my sliding door. But a really good location to the beach and pier. Paid $$$$ for a 1 star.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in October at the Admiral's Quarters. I can only comment on the room we stayed in, Rm 100. The room is old and dingy. It has a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The room has no overhead lights and is very very dark unless you open the curtain over the sliding glass door that doesn't open. The door faces the parking lot so if you open it everyone walking by looks into your room. There is no light over the stove or counter and it is hard to see anything. The room smells musty. There is no closet or any hooks or rail to hang anything. There is nothing to put a suitcase on, everything goes on the floor. All in all this room was dingy, dark, musty and not welcoming. The staff was nice though and the location is good. Maybe some rooms have been renovated but this one certainly hasn't been. It was a downer.

Staff was super friendly. Balcony view was awesome. Only take back is the floors are thin, so go high if you can. The gymnastics of a 4 year old above me ruined the otherwise perfect aesthetic.

Loved the area, within walking distance of everything. Older place, Great start to refurbishing, please continue. Very clean, comfy beds, soft and plentiful towels.

The location of the facility was wonderful. It does need some work. Grounds needed attention and the room itself was dated. Shower curtain was dirty and the drain was plugged. Water would fill up to our ankles when taking a shower. The silverware had dried food on most of it and the tray was dirty. Coffee pot was also dirty. We cleaned everything thing in the kitchen before we began using anything. Including wiping the wall down from splatter coffee. The front desk did not info us on the pools or any of its amenities. Also had to have the front desk lock the adjacent door in our room. Again the location was very nice.

Well people above us had music so loud we told the office so they told us to move rooms, this was after there was a fire and there are NO SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE ROOMS AT AT!!! THE LADY WORKING THE OFFICE EVEN SAID SHE WAS GLAD IT HAPPENED BEFORE THW OFFICE CLOSE OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WORSE THAN WHAT IT WAS. SO WHEN WE MOVE ROOMS THE COFFEE PIT WAS DIRTY AND HAD BEEN LEFT ON FROM THE PREVIOUS TIME SO THEY HADN'T CHECKED THAT, THEN WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MUSIC AND LOUDNESS AS BEFORE SO WE JUST DECIDED TO CUT OUT TRIP SHORT AND LEAVE. WE HAD TALK TO PEOPLE THAT HAD BEEN STAYING THERE FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND SAID THEY HAD NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THEY HAD THIS TIME AND THEY WERE RIGHT BESIDE THE ROOM THAT CAUGHT FIRE,AND SAID THEY DIDN'T OFFER THEM ANYTHING OR OFFER TO HELP THEM AT ALL!!! WHAT ASHAME!!!
