The front office executive Ms Bhavna is extremely courteous and helpful. She allotted the rooms as requested by us. The hotel is located at a good location which is convenient to major shopping areas like Chatarpur and Mehrouli. The breakfast is satisfactory.

I came to Aster Grand after a terrible experience at another hotel, and I felt quite comfortable during my stay. My room was clean, comfortable and very modern - exactly as pictured. Mr. Lalit, Mr. Yogesh, Ms. Payel, Ms. Bhavna and the entire front of house team was an utter delight - never once when I made a request was I made to feel bothersome, and they were very kind in suggesting things to do around Delhi. If I am to return to Delhi, I will definitely return to the Aster Grand and can’t recommend it enough.
