The service is terrible, but the food is ok. Location is also a bit narrow and not that easy for first timers to locate it.

Room condition was poor and there was no swimming pool amenities available, myself has booked the property particularly for the swimming pool.

One of the worst experiences me and my wife ever had. When we reached, no lift, the rooms were very seems to be dirty, pillow cover were also dirty. When we reported to them they denied changing the bed and pillow covers, you can also see yellow type of stain in most of their bed, do you think it’s for family stay hotel. Also bathrooms were smelling like hell, we also faced water shortage, ac duct were too dirty that i had to tell them to clean. They charged too high for their over spicy food which caused me loose motion today, the day i had to travel. It’s a bad then a ********** not a hotel.

No toilet seats, dirty curtains, paint peeling off the wall, tap not working, no toilet seat, tobacco and pan stains on the wall

This is a very good hotel, i felt very good staying at this hotel and the staff here is also very good, they helped me a lot and told me about many things and the food of the hotel was also very good

It is a very good hotel and a completely safety and security hotel. Many people come here to visit with their families too.
