Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this establishment. The back of your room door still says Choice Hotel. The pool needs to be painted, and the pool deck area is used for storage. The breakfast is less than desirable. The cleaning staff has no excellence either. They removed my used towels, and did not replace them. There is black mold growing on the ceiling tiles going down the hallway. Management and Wyndham need to put some effort into this place.

Our shower handle was jammed and did not work. When we asked for a different room the attendant on zoom insisted that all we needed to do was pull the handle. We did and it broke. After we waited for the maintenance man, we were moved to another room. The next day, we were charged for the damage. The hotel had many renovations that were never completed. Stair risers were missing, room walls were left unpainted where headboards once stood. The toaster was missing pieces. The desk attendant is a remote worker on zoom. The hotel is located in the parking lot of a gas station and across the street from a McDonald’s. Anyone can do better for the price. Take care of yourself and actually stay in Glenwood Springs.

It was an o.k. room for one night, but definitely the least expensive for a reason. All the lights in the hallway were crooked, flooring and baseboards in the stairwell was incomplete. The doors all seemed very finicky to close properly. The back parking lot area had old vending machines and a shopping cart in the corner. The room seemed clean, but the walls were very marred, the bathroom shower was very difficult to operate and the actual faucet was not even inatalled flush with the wall.

The staff was friendly. I rarely leave a bad review, but felt some things need to be addressed. I also know things happen. The tv in dining area did not work. Although this was a 'pet friendly ' hotel, we did not expect 2 large barking dogs till almost 10 and then at 6 a.m. The sink in our room was . missing the lever to work the stopper. Otherwise, the room was good. The pool was too cold for several of the people there, but hot tub was fine. The breakfast was lacking...packaged breakfast sandwiches & waffles

Our bed was super hard and not comfortable. There were also wires hanging from the ceiling that we guess are suppose to have a smoke detector attached. Very pricey for the room. We stayed at a Comfort Suites in a larger suit with a super comfortable bed and a spa tub in the bathroom plus a shower for half the price!

The experience My Wife and I had at this hotel was Horrible. Upon arriving for our Anniversary getaway weekend I come in to try to check in and I'm waiting for 10mins until a guest informs me that I have to check in on a kiosk machine. Then after we received our room keys and headed to go lay down and relax from our car ride we find 1 of the beds occupied by bugs. So we slept on the other bed after inspecting it thoroughly. An We wake up in the morning and get ready to head out to go explore the town we were going to check out and find another place but everything was already booked out, so we said ok let's give the another chance thinking that things will get better after the maids clean up but that wasn't the case at all we return to the room an there's Ants crawling all over the place and No we didn't have any food in there to attract them. Horrible stay Worse Experience ever for a Anniversary for your Significant other and yourself. I Would like some kind of Compensation and or reimbursement for that Filthy room we had to stay in on our Anniversary.

This place was dirty, smelly, they had a virtual check in stand that took forever that we had to use while a real human stood behind the counter. I have never left a hotel review and travel 100-150 days a year. This place was a dump. Bug and hairs on my pillow, room stunk, and just overall really unclean.

The room was nice and clean, but I did not notice that there weren’t any towels or a shower curtain installed as after check in I had an event to attend in the next town over. Once I returned to the room, that’s when I noticed there wasn’t any towels or a shower curtain. Went to the front desk and there was only virtual support. Towels were left at the front desk, and eventually got a shower curtain. The rest of the stay was pleasant.
