En general have falta limpieza en el area del lobby. El piso esta sucio, huele mal, muy pobre iluminacion, al caminar se siente como cuando se cayó una bebida azucarada y tú no limpiaron bien el piso
El recepcionista con una cara larga, cero hospitalario, incluso dijo que el destino es de 7 a 10. Hoy que bajamos 9:10 ya estaba todo cerrado, o sea no pudimos desayunar aquí.
Tiene varios detalles de mantenimiento y en general creo que pernanentemente hay un mal olor que hace un ambiente poco agradable

no es posible que me vendan un hotel con servicios de hotel y no te realicen limpieza diariamente y cambio de blancos diariamente. poco recomendable. ademas que echan culpa a la franquicia de esta circunstancia.
mal mantenimiento, aire acondicionado no servia, ni en habitaciones , ni en lobby y restaurante

I was forced into a hotel when renovations of my home went a week over schedule. The staff at comfort suites was amazing. They made an already stressful situation so much easier and more pleasant for me. They were more than helpful with any issue I had and were so accommodating and friendly. The room was so much bigger than anticipated, the bed the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in, and amenities were exactly as described online. Because of my experience here this past week, I will 100% choose to stay at a comfort suites the next time I need a hotel.

Inexpensive with comfortable bed. Hard pillows. When you are on a tight budget, it will do in a pinch. It’s a typical workman’s housing hotel.
