Love this spot and great location

The entire breakfast was horrible. It wasnt prepared properly. The ac kept kicking in while i had it set to heater.

The overall stay was good. I had to be moved To another room because of my Heating did not work. But they do accommodate me for this Problem

The highway noise is terrible. Unable to sleep and the staff would not let us check out with a refund. The hotel is in terrible shape. This should be rated a one star hotel

At 10am we tried to shower, but could not get water to come out of the bathroom faucet with enough pressure. The sink had very low pressure as well. I called the front desk and the woman said she had to call someone and would call me right back. She never called and we had to get ready without showering. The faucet in the shower was loose and coming off the wall. We were in room 307 and hope others do not have the same experience. I fully expect to shower when paying for a night in a hotel and I fully expect the front desk to return my call. Very disappointed for my sisters visiting from out of state.

The room wasn’t clean, mirror had spots all over it, the couch felt slimy and dirty, AC vent rusted and had mildew, the walls are thin heard everything, my neighbors were loud and there is no quiet time listed or enforce, water went out didn’t work and we had a party to attend

Excellent location. Stayed one night for a show at Gruene hall. Decent breakfast. Room was clean. Only concern was weak waterflow in shower. Would stay again if we visit NB again.

It seemed like the room was not cleaned prior to our stay. The towels were dirty and had hair all over them, but folded up as if just washed! Definitely not a place I would consider staying at again.

I booked a room for my sister and her husband. Upon check in they would not let them in a room because I wasn't with them.Even though it was paid for and I talked to the checkin person myself over the phone. Their policy says Ihave tobe there. The room was paid for on a credit card. There should be no issue,they don't lose anything.But because I went through ******* they would not honor it. I book a room through you and they say no. . I want an immediate refund. They had to pay themselves to get in the room. You need to clarify with the ****** you contract through to except a client if all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. Does no one have any common sense anymore?
