就在納紗泰爾湖旁邊，湖景很好，夏天可以坐船游湖，景色很好。酒店環境也很好，乾淨衛生。早餐也不錯，咖啡機可以切換語言，可以選擇中文，這個基本很少見

Hôtel con camere decisamente decadenti. Mobili e impianti vecchissimi e fatiscenti. Bagno maleodorante e con aspirazioni guaste. Politica di prezzo al limite della frode, fingendo un buo prezzo ma per poi scoprire sul posto che sono escluse le pulizie della camera (tra l’altro a 25 chf al giorno su richiesta, una rapina). In 7 giorno non sono mai entrato in camere, neanche per cambiare gli asciugamani. Alla richiesta di farlo, rispondono che non è previsto per la camera e da pagare a parte. Imbarazzante. Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate…a mail più.

The customer service the attention to detail and going beyond for their guest is incredible. Marisa at the front desk is a 10 star if I could give it to her! Definitely coming back to this hotel for the quality of service in all the levels. Thank you for a fantastic stay

This hotel was nice however, when we got to our room we had a blood spot I had to take off (so gross). They also advertised a lake view which was not the case at all. We had a harbor view but not much of even that. There were very tall trees in front of the windows therefore we couldn’t see anything but trees. The beds were hard on our backs but the pillows were squishy and soft. I hope this helps someone who will want to stay here.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet Ibis et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à 24° en fin d'après-midi pour nous rafraichir après une journée de visites dans le canton de Neuchâtel. Nous savions qu'il n'y aurait pas la climatisation dans les chambres donc ne pouvons considérer ceci comme un point négatif. En revanche, c'est la première fois en une vingtaine d'établissements Accor que la connexion wifi est aussi mauvaise. Pourtant, l'hôtel n'est que sur 2 niveaux et à l'étage, la connexion était d'une telle lenteur... que nous avons finalement abandonné la consultation de nos mails. Grands points positifs: La chambre était grande, propre et confortable. La salle de bain est équipée d'un sèche-cheveux et d'un distributeur à mouchoirs. Les WC sont séparés. Peut-être que mettre un petit réfrigérateur dans les chambres serait un point positif en période estivale. (35° dehors, 30° dedans...) Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner. Malgré le statut Silver et contrairement à d'autres Ibis de Suisse (Fribourg, Winterthur) nous n'avons pas eu de boisson de bienvenue. Heureusement le parking est gratuit et suffisamment grand pour la clientèle. A quelques centaines de mètres plus loin, à Gals, on trouve une station essence Coop et un supermarché Aldi. L'hôtel est bien situé si on ne veut pas loger à Neuchâtel centre mais naviguer entre les 3 lacs environnants.
