Cudowny hotel i wspaniała życzliwa obsługa obiektu. Plaża tuż obok , basen na dachu z przepięknymi widokami. Różnorodne jedzenie bardzo dobrej jakości alkohole. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie bez zastrzeżeń. Obsługa baru Marina super a panowie Dima i Luka przesympatyczni. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego pobytu i polecamy wakacje w tym hotelu❤️

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe nur ca. 500m von der Altstadt entfernt. Es wurde kürzlich umfassend renoviert und bietet sich jetzt in modernem Stil. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit Bett Schreibtisch und Sitzecke sowie Balkon. Die mit Meerblick haben auch eine tolle Aussicht auf die Altstadt. Das Haus ist tipp-topp in mitteleuropäischem Standard geführt. Von der Rezeption über die Kellner bis zu den Zimmerfrauen sind alle Mitarbeiter top motiviert und freundlich. Es wird ständig geputzt, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. In Nessebar gilt strenge Parkraumbewirtschaftung. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und ein grosser Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu unserem Reisezeitraum waren gut 90% der Gäste aus England, bei den Speisen wird stark auf deren Geschmack Rücksicht genommen, z.B. ungewürztes Gemüse, uam. Das Speiseangebot ist vielfältig. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein sehr kleiner Sandstrand, der schon mit den Hotelgäste überfüllt sein kann, ein grosser, stark frequentierter ist gut 30 Min. Fussweg entfernt. Hier ist sogar FKK baden möglich. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Dobrze ze tylko tydzień … hotel ma już swoje lata i mimo ze remont był w 2018 roku to jest to już staroć… jedzenie przeciętne … obsługa Ok w barach na dole i w Skay Bar ogródek przy barze na dole zaniedbany … śmierdzi wentylacja z pralni…basen na gorze to większa wanna … poza widokami nic ciekawego

We enjoyed a spectacular 10-day stay at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations from the very beginning. The receptionist that welcomed us helped fulfil all of our requests, including a room that overlook the Old Town of Nessebar, for my 88-year-old mother, who spent a lot of time indoor, so she wanted a good view. We started off our stay finding a complementary champagne, and some chocolates in our room, which we appreciated. The food at the restaurant was the best we’ve had in Bulgaria so far, and we’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over the years. It was really well cooked, the ingredients were fresh and we were fans of the thematic nights (we especially loved the Italian and Oriental night). Some of our favourite courses included the eggplant salad (which we couldn’t resist every single time), the corn flour bread, the pancakes at breakfast, Adana Kebab, the duck with oranges, the pork ribs, and the burrito. Regarding beverages, we can certainly say that the coffee was the best we’ve had thus far in a Bulgarian all-inclusive resort, especially the one at the Marina bar. We also appreciated the champagne, fresh orange juice, Hibiscus tea, and Bellini cocktails. For all guests who stay 5+ days, the hotel offers a complimentary visit at the A la Carte Restaurant, where we enjoyed some really good food, and a wonderful dining experience with a stunning view of the town. The Marina bar was also a highlight for us, both bartenders preparing delicious cocktails and being very nice, welcoming us with a smile on their faces. It was our place to go to for a relaxing night cap. A detail that we loved was the possibility to take away a drink or a coffee back to your room, if you felt too tired after a full of walking, for instance. Regarding the hotel’s position, it is situated within walking distance of both Old Nessebar and New Nessebar, and close to a beautiful sandy beach. To be honest, it’s the best beach we’ve been to in Bulgaria. My birthday happened to be during my stay, so the hotel sent to my room another bottle of champagne, together with a card, and a magnet as gift. I found it to be a nice, thoughtful detail. Cleaning was also top notch at the hotel, the lady in charge with our room doing a splendid job each and every day, changing our towels daily, making our beds, and leaving us bottles of water, some tea bags, and instant coffee. We also have to give a shoutout to the receptionist when we checked out, on morning of the 31st of August, who was very nice to us that day and throughout our stay, helping us with a smile on her face. This was the norm for all hotel staff, but we have to mention in particular Luka from the Marina Bar, and Ilya, the F&B Manager. Overall, this was the perfect stay for us, and we are definitely coming back next year.

Wonderful Location Room and Hotel immaculate.Food and drink Plentiful and Varied .Rooms and All the public areas were kept pristine.Special shout out to Luda who cared for our room Everyone on Reception and Restaurant staff.. The Sky Bar and Marine Bar were Excellent WE are returning in September we were so impressed.Thanks to You All.

First time in Bulgaria and what an amazing experience. The hotel is clean and the staff looks always professional but at the same time friendly. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc Food is amazingly tasty and yummy with plenty of variations on a daily basis. Plenty of deserts and fruit to complete the meal. Two bars again with amazing staff, the SKY Bar is at the top of the hotel with a view to die for. Thank you.
