Unpalatable drinks, syrupy cocktails, unrecognisable mixers. The Ugly: Parents getting drunk while their Young Kids ran amok through reception and communal areas. Rude, obnoxious adults too busy getting drunk and shrieking and singing at the top of their voices with no consideration of others while the hotel staff do nothing to take control or address"

"We stayed in the hotel next door Aphrodite for the second time as it is so nice. We decided to pop into Bilyana which is next door to see what it was like in case we should want to stay there in the future. We went to the bar to purchase a drink but because we didnt have a wristband on we were frog marched out of the hotel by a very rude member of staff in front of everyone. We tried to explain we were visiting with a view to booking in the future but rather than welcome us he told us to leave. This was enough for me to never wish to step into this hotel again and will continue to stay next door at The Aphrodite which is so much more friendly and a much nicer hotel all round."
