De bedden zijn goed het hotel is gastvriendelijk de schoonmaak is zeer goed. We zitten in het voorseizoen dus is nog lekker rustig hier. bediening is vriendelijk. het fusion restaurant is echt een aanrader als je van culinair eten houdt dit is echt een michelin ster waardig

Les enfants étaient content de pouvoir profiter du complexe hôtelier. L'hôtel étaient agréable avec de grandes espaces. Ils ont étaient content d'avoir accès au parc aquatique ainsi qu'à l'hôtel. Le parc aquatique est excellent. Ils ont beaucoup profité du cadre aquatique.  L’hôtel est globalement agréable et spacieux, avec un cadre plaisant et une vieille ville toute proche, facilement accessible en 20 minutes grâce à une navette. Les enfants ont adoré leur séjour, ce qui reste un excellent point. Piscine, billard. Bowling ... En revanche, plusieurs aspects pratiques laissent à désirer. L’accès à l’eau potable est très limité : il faut soit attendre 22h pour espérer trouver une bouteille dans un frigidaire à l’autre bout de l’hôtel, soit demander un simple verre au bar.  Beaucoup de familles se retrouvent à remplir discrètement leurs gourdes au restaurant, faute de point d’eau prévu. Ça peut surprendre mais il est dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas des moyens de pouvoir trouver de l'eau en pleine été en all inclusive.  Autre point négatif : le personnel, en particulier au restaurant ou autour des piscines, semble souvent expéditif. On sent une certaine pression pour terminer son repas bien avant l’heure de fermeture, jusqu’à 20 à 30 minutes à l’avance parfois.  L’attitude du personnel peut aussi paraître froide, ce qui contraste avec l’ambiance générale. En résumé, un bel hôtel dans un cadre agréable, idéal pour les enfants, mais avec des améliorations à prévoir sur l’accès à l’eau et la qualité d’accueil. un remerciement spécial à Stéphani pour sa disponibilité et son sourire. The water park is excellent. They really enjoyed the aquatic environment. The hotel is generally pleasant and spacious, with a pleasant setting and the old town nearby, easily accessible in 20 minutes by shuttle. Access to drinking water is very limited: you either have to wait until 10 p.m. to hope to find a bottle in a refrigerator at the other end of the hotel, or ask for a simple glass at the bar. Many families find themselves discreetly filling their water bottles at the restaurant, due to the lack of a designated water point. It may come as a surprise, but it's a shame that the hotel doesn't offer ways to get water in the middle of summer with an all-inclusive package. Another negative point: the staff, especially in the restaurant or around the pools, often seems rushed. There's a certain pressure to finish your meal well before closing time, sometimes up to 20 to 30 minutes early. Geweldig hotel! Nette kamers met goeie bedden. Eten is lekker, ook het Italiaans restaurant is zeker de moeite waard om naartoe te gaan! De cocktails en drankjes altijd lekker koud zoals het hoort, en dan het aquapark niet vergeten, dat is ook echt geweldig!! En last but not least purple people ( animatieteam ) wat een geweldig team, hele toffe mensen met lekker spelletjes tijdens de dag, en ‘s avonds met een leuke bingo! Gevolgd door een leuke show en disco! Zeer tevreden van deze reis!

Heerlijk weekje gehad in Aqua Paradise Resort, echt genoten. Het eten was heel goed en voor ieder wat wils. Jammer, dat veel gasten hun bord meerdere malen vol schepten en heeel veel lieten staan. Dat was zo zonde, het hotel vraagt via grote televisies in de lobby om voedselverspilling te voorkomen. Veel luidruchtige (dronken) gasten, maar hier kan het hotel niets aan doen. 1x in het Italiaanse restaurant gegeten en dat was ook goed en 1x in het Fusion restaurant en dat was echt geweldig, wat een heerlijke gerechten, goede smaken bij elkaar. We hadden een superior kamer, met een mooie en grote badkamer. De bedden lagen prima. Het personeel was behulpzaam en veelal vriendelijk, op de dame van het geldwisselkantoor. Die kon alleen maar snauwen. Pasport en Sign. Please zou op zijn minst gezegd kunnen worden.

Animatie was top! Kinderen hebben de tijd van hun leven gehad. Jason en Adrian waren geweldig! De kids vroegen dagelijks naar hen. Het hotel zelf was proper en verzorgd. Vriendelijk personeel. Het eten was koud en vaak hetzelfde. Italiaans restaurant is aangeraden.

Hôtel très bien, nourriture abondante et énorme choix. Chambre spacieuse et propre, parc aquatique énorme et génial...j'y retournerai très bientôt. Personnel au restaurant très sympa et agréable. Petit bémol quand même, personnel a la réception pas des plus sympa
