No elevator

I have to give this hot hotel a 10/10. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything was great. My husband has a bad back and was a bit uncomfortable in the bed and the breakfast wasn’t very good, but it was free so I’m not upset. The service was excellent and the place was clean. I’d stay there again. The only thing I didn’t like was the $100 incidental hold. It wasn’t listed on the site I booked through and I wasn’t advised of it until a couple hours before check-in. They weren’t transparent enough about it.

While the hotel looks and smells nice when you walk in and the room was very clean. When we come back we would request not to be in room 113 it’s ground level near the rear entry door of the hotel and beside the bar so loud and unable to open the curtain unless you want people staring in at you. But we would definitely stay here again!!

Design and layout was outstanding. Really modern and inviting and works for the area being on the Bourbon trail. The bar onsite had good options. Would stay again.

Even though I had a reservation for a room that had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, when I arrived and told them I had an additional kid they charged me an additional fee. The room easily sleeps 4+ people, but they charged me for one more kid. Hotel otherwise clean and newer. Pool/spa weren't open either. In hind site they should have provided a discount.

The motel was very nice and so was the staff. I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool for my son. He was extremely excited all day waiting to check in so he could go swimming. Apone arrival we are informed that the pool and hot tub are closed for the deration of our stay, which disappointed him greatly. I would have stay elsewhere if i had known. I booked this hotel under there false pretext for what they provided. I was extremely disappointed on how they handled the situation.

Not a bad place to stay, but I may look elsewhere when need a room in town again. The pool and hot tub were not working. Keys didn’t work first time going to the room and the water pressure was bad. There is really no tv service. Most channels were audio only. The room was clean but could use some updating. Lobby is nice.

Loved the place - will definitely be back. Travel frequently and this was a beautifully remodeled hotel with all of the conveniences!
