I will detail the conversation with the owner (patron): - Arriving at the location we found out that the car parking is not available, just random on the available street spots. Advance payment for reservation was not sufficient to get the room, the room was at the 3rd floor, wood stairs on spiral with no safety child precautions, no elevator, difficult to manage with two small kids of one and four years old. - receptionist said that there are no other rooms and we have to pay the entire amount for the stay in advance; we asked to see the owner for clarifications. - owner arrived nervous and with a really rude attitude said that if we want to "step in the room" we have to pay first the entire amount for full vacation and afterwards advance payment will for sure apply on each service : "even for two fried eggs, because you know how the tourists behave" owner said - I replied to him that I don't know what the hell he is talking about. For sure he was acting this way knowing that he wouldn't reimburse the accommodation advance payment and he is still ok with that. - it was for the first time this happened to us and we decided not to go ahead with the reservation. We searched within the location some other available rooms and enjoyed our vacation anyways. I surely advise not to go for this property. Verry poor service quality, rude owner, no parking place while bears are running to the neighborhood all the night.
