珀里斯精品飯店(Polis of Naxos Boutique Hotel)

Room top floor was outdated, pictures are deceiving? I think our room was used as storage prior to arrival, as well as the deck area filled with old tables and furniture. Computer system issues at check in caused a cancelation on the Booking site. After staying 1 out of 3 nights, we found another hotel. Owner agreed to give us a refund for entire Booking reservation which was almost double the hotel rate. We were charged again for only 1 night at he hotel, said it was a discount? 3 months have passed an I have used countless hours with booking and emails to the owner , I am not sure who is at fault but I am pretty sure that "virtual credit cards" in my case are nonexistent. Beware of paying in advance.

Our recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The room felt new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, although a bit further from Naxos Port, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The surrounding area felt very safe, with plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a large supermarket about 15 minutes away for better-priced essentials. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering a very warm welcome with a complimentary drink and providing valuable recommendations for tours, excursions, and things to on the island. The standout feature was the phenomenal breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious Greek favourites and international options. The amenities were great, including Nuxe toiletries. However, there was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom, although it didn't affect the room with the door closed. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel is just away from the town , rooms are nice clean. Bathroom shower leaked over bathroom floor so was quick showers so you don’t completely flood ( there is a shower plug outside of the glass showe door ) The hotel is noisy , we were in room 4 which was first floor facing the stairs, all guests walk up the the stairs noisily at all hours of the night and early morning The first night I was woken at 1am 2:30am and 4 am. Then woken around 6 am with the stafff charring preparing breakfast . I mentioned the to receptionist about the noise , she said “polis “ is town so town hotel and shrugged. If you can sleep through noise of other guests dragging furniture about above you , or clanging and chatting at all hours this hotel is got you Breakfast was good tho, I’m vegan so not a lot for me but for everyone else a lot of choice

What a fabulous gem of a place. Really close to a beautiful beach, lovely and modern rooms, and the team could not be more helpful. Me and my partner really loved it 💓 Special shout out to the lovely Ekaterina and her manager for helping us out of some trouble with the ferry.

Piccola struttura a pochi metri dal centro con parcheggio adiacente. Il personale gentilissimo e affabile ad accogliere qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima la colazione, con la sala molto ben curata ed accogliente. Unica pecca la camere, anche se confortevoli, sono piccole. Buono il bagno con doccia multifunzione.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 10 gg durante una vacanza giugno 2023. la cordialità delle ragazze alla reception e del proprietario sono ammirevoli e voterei per 5 stelle , ma per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti al cliente sono discutibili ( una stella ). All'arrivo aeroporto chiediamo lo shuttle ,sulla brochure dell'hotel è specificato "Airport Or Port Shuttle" , ma risulta a pagamento 10 € a persona in contanti senza ricevuta ( in Grecia funziona ancora cosi). Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno proposto un upgrade della camera migliorativo con una suite più grande senza farcele vedere, errore nostro che abbiamo accettato ( prima vedere sempre per accettare). Le suite distano 150 mt dall'hotel (scomodo per la colazione), dal balcone 1 mt x 2 mt c'era una ottima vista su un giardino discarica. (non si riuscivano ad aprire le gelosie perchè si incastravano con tavolino e sedie, senza la possibilità poter stendere un costume ). La doccia della deluxe doble room prevedeva doccia con idromassaggio , nella nostra non c'erano ganci e la possibilità di poter appendere asciugamani. ( non volevano rovinarci la vacanza ci siamo fatti andar bene itutto). Un pomeriggio al ritorno dalla spiaggia ore 18.00 ,la carta magnetica per entrare nella camera si era smagnetizzata, abbiamo aspettato 1 h e 30' fuori in strada prima che la riprogrammassero ( non solo la nostra ma anche quella di altre 3 camere). Arriviamo alla colazione punto dolente: se fai l'albergatore non puoi comprendere nel prezzo la colazione e offrire un servizio così scarso. Tostapane non funzionante, futta di stagione mele e pesche buttate in una ciotola , yogurt greco forse quello confezionato è meglio.......non vado avanti. Andiamo in Grecia in vacanza da 15 anni , ritengo che questo Hotel non valga quello che descrivono e sopratutto quello che fanno pagare . Polis Naxos alla prossima ...... Fabio

Lovely and friendly team at Polis of Naxos Hotel! Very helpful and accomodating, rooms were modern and clean. Great location to the beach but also to the port. Katerina gave us a wonderful beach recommendation that we will never forget!
