The hotel was beautiful but there was a problem in checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they almost charged me twice for the room.

I paid for parking only for staff to ask me if I paid with parking through them. It was 30 just to loop around the garage entrance. Never again

We have been to National Harbor 3 times and stayed at ***lord twice. The first time we stayed it was awesome. The property is beautiful and it is located near all of the places to visit. During this visit there was some sort of convention for recovering ************. The hotel was loaded with people smoking **** and laying on the ground throughout the property. I feel for people in that situation, but im not sure this hotel was an ideal location for their function. It was obvious that staff and other guests were uncomfortable walking around the grounds. There were hundreds of people attending the convention and the elevators were unusable. Myself and numerous other guests waited 15 to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator, just to be stuck on the elavator for 15 more minutes as it visited every floor. This is not the level of service we have come to expect from this hotel, but the staff acknowledged the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. They even offerred a partial discount for our stay. When you spend $600 per night for a hotel this is not what you expect. We will not be returning to this property.

I've lived in DMZ for over 10 years, and finally stayed here. Did a staycation with the family for 4th of July weekend. We really enjoyed ourselves and liked the walkability to the National Harbor restaurants and shopping. It's a really nice hotel but wish it had a little more for the kids to do like a water park (it has an indoor salt pool), or basketball/tennis courts. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The atrium was a unique feature of the experience, enjoying the food selections from a quick breakfast to dinner options while also offering a great view from the balcony. The grounds were wonderfully kept perfect for a stroll during the morning or night. Customer service was top notch!

The staff is outstanding and very professional from check in/out and valet parking staff was friendly, helpful, great work ethic too!!! The ***lord is an outstanding hotel - clean, many restaurants close by and SAFE/QUIET/GREAT LOCATION!!! If you are in the area I highly recommend staying there for an AWESOME experience.

No place for breakfast except store for coffee and boxed foods. Parking really expensive with additional resort fees added. $126 for 2 days. Charged extra due to outside booking.

My stay at the ***lord National Resorts & Convention Center, was a short stay but it was very good, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, The rooms were clean and comfortable and make sure you walk around the grounds because they were well kept and the views onto and across the Potomac River are very nice and relaxing. Within the hotel, there are restaurants, bars and really anything you need for yourself and/or family and it is located walking distance to shops, restaurant and really anything you need. Overall, you can't go wrong staying at the ***lord.

Staff was great handling several issue that we had. They took charge and made things happen. I found the food options limited for breakfast. The steak house had just reopened from remodeling. The staff were great however the steaks were not that great.
