雷莫塔巴塔哥尼亞小屋(Remota)

Un hotel sorprendente y original adaptado sobre lo que era un corral de animales. El edificio se mimetiza perfectamente con el paisaje patagónico y la decoración rústica resulta de lo más acogedora. Se tarda una media hora en llegar al pueblo Puerto Natale pero el paseo es precioso y merece la pena. El restaurante del hotel es muy completo, su carta no es muy amplia pero si de calidad. El único problema que tuvimos fué que la wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitaciòn que estaba en un extremo del edificio. Tiene una piscina cubierta con spa conel inconveniente de que tienes que salir al exterior para llegar a ella. Me encantó mi estancia allí-

Ho alloggiato in questo albergo 2 notti . Molto scenografico e con elementi molto ecosostenibili . Il problema è che non è pratico . Disposto su due piani non dispone di ascensore il che rende difficoltoso lo scarico delle valigie per persone con problema alla schiena come noi . Non è previsto neppure il servizio di aiuto alla reception . Un dipendente si è offerto ma per sua pura disponibilità . Amico con handicap invece in camera a 500 metri da ingresso , senza aiuto per valigie e con attraversamento di corridoio studiato da architetto praticamente all’aperto . Insomma la bellezza conta ma io preferisco la comodità che a volte, per persone non più giovani , è indispensabile .

El hotel es hermoso, se respira una invitación a salir de la habitualidad para sumergirse en un tiempo de relajo, meditación, observación y disfrute del silencio, el espacio, el entorno, la luz y la propuesta del entorno volcado en el interior. Tiene un SpA para disfrutar a full. Es toda una experiencia. El personal del restaurant es muuy amable. Yo estuve al final de la temporada y aunque la oferta de la carta de la cena tenía algunas cosas no disponibles, los platos fueron muy buenos. El desayuno es exquisito. Una sugerencia es que el letrero con el nombre del hotel que está en el camino de acceso sea un poco más visible, se ve casi escrito a mano y muy pequeño....totalmente ajeno a la maravilla que se encuentra.

Excelente servicio, las habitaciones son espectaculares, algunos puntos negativos son el acceso a la piscina muy incomodo (para adultos mayores es imposible o personas con algunas discapacidad), y la gastronomía no es muy buena, lugar ideal para el descanso

L'hôtel est moderne et confortable, à 20 mn à pied de Puerto Natales, avec une très belle vue sur le fjord. Notre chambre était idéalement orientée avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur le fjord. Le personnel y est accueillant et disponible. Le restaurant est très bien avec une belle vue sur le fjord. La piscine est originale avec une belle vue sur le fjord. SPA disponible. Seul bémol : le wifi n’est malheureusement pas disponible dans les chambres.

Eco friendly accomodations, first time to witness double rainbow show in One day. was served with gourmet food and dessert . bonfire fire place in the middle of dining area. wifi is weak because hotel is off the grid. 20 min drive to Milodon Cave. staff / waiters , front desk are really friendly, heater in clean bathroom. long covered rustic walkway from reception to rooms (good exercise). unique, nature all around.

We loved everything about this hotel! Visitors should suspend normal expectations. To begin with, it is in a beautiful location. The views from here are spectacular and the hotel’s design is awesome, totally in keeping and at one with the environment. We were even allowed to walk on the roof! It was like walking on the ground surrounding but with a much higher perspective of the stunning scenery; hard to see where the roof ended and landscape began. The hotel is very interesting. Spread over different levels, it has an enormous amount of space to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Our room (42) was very big and well set out. It included many unique design and decorative features. The materials used throughout the hotel including our room were totally natural and in harmony with the environment. Hanging space is open but that’s how it should be in a place like this. There was plenty of room for everything and room to spread out. There was a safe in the room. The only negative thing was that the lighting above the sink wasn’t really good enough for shaving although that might have been because one of the bulbs wasn’t working. Whilst we didn’t see any other rooms, it’s clear from the design and layout that all rooms enjoy a similar great views. At the heart of the site is an area where you can see many large stones. We were told these are their natural locations and could only imagine how they were deposited there. There is a bar by the dining room from where the views are outstanding. The food was very good and service excellent. Enclosed and external walkways make connections between buildings. Some maintenance was needed on some of the boardwalks. There is a separate building with a lovely raised pool, sauna and outside jacuzzi. The sauna’s adjoin the changing rooms so are single sex. Towels are provided on entry to the pool area, storage cupboards for clothes etc are available. Each and every member of staff was absolutely fantastic. So many helpful, smiling faces. Our tour guides were part of the hotel team and were very knowledgable and helped make this an unforgettable experience. If only we had been able to stay here longer. This is definitely one of those places and people that will forever remain in our hearts.
