Our check-in was delayed by an hour however, we had been there for two hours. After forcing a request for a room, they failed to give us towel keys for a flight 508, and they also failed to set us up for reservations for dining, knowing that it books 2 days in advance, they did not have our room fully prepared. There was no soap, bar or liquid in our shower. Our safe did not work. Our remote did not work. There was an odor in our room. The toilet backed up and would not flush. And lastly, there were multiple roaches found in our room. Until the incident with the roaches, they failed to move us to another room. After requesting, I will say that most of the auxiliary staff were very helpful and kind.
