Staff was amazing!!!! Odd little things about the property. No lamp shades in the room. When i inquired about it they told me the lamps were made like that. Clearly that is NOT the case. You could see little screws that would hold a shade on. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Just sat it wherever you can.

Great stay. Rooftop pool and the gym were really nice. People are exaggerating how loud the music is when you walk in, it's not bad. The fan/vent is a little loud and on 24/7, but you only notice it if you're paying close attention to it. Overall great stay, very nice hotel. Would stay here again. You have to pay $50 a night/day to park.

My husband and I were really looking forward to staying here because of the decor and newness. The interior of hotel is nice. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a little convenience shop on site because the nearest drug store is about a mile away. The food was a disappoin**ent, especially the breakfast sandwich. Loved the bartenders at the pool! And the staff is great.

I had an amazing experience at the Fraye. The rooms are spacious, clean with great decor. I was pleased with the service I received from valet to the cleaning crew. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a great time in Nashville.

Beautiful hotel, accommodates our early check in. Very chic and staff excellent. Clean room, upscale bathroom and no issues otherwise. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pool area was dirty. No towels. Asked for towels and never got. Pool is shared with apar**ents. They had a large party there and we left. Very misleading. But staff was very friendly.
