home clean is not everyday

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good with quite a variety to choose from. Our only disappointment was that we were led to believe free wifi came with the room. When we tried to use the wifi there was long form to complete and a notice that there would be an additional fee. Do Not advertise free wifi if it not truly free.

We came to Nashville for a Morgan Jay show and stayed here over the weekend. Our first stay. In a nice area..close enough to everything that we wanted but also not as expensive as properties closer to Broadway. Everyone was really nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The shower was very loud-however, that’s the only complaint we have. Check out was a breeze as well as check in. The property also only charges $12 per day for parking while others charged upwards of 40.00. We will definitely stay here again! 10/10.

We really liked the property as it was clean, the staff was friendly, the included breakfast was good and the shuttle downtown was convenient.

I loved th amenities at this property and our room looked great with a comfortable bed. My only complaint would be that our room smelled like dog. I understand that many hotels now allow pets, but I think there should be limited rooms that allow them in rooms without carpet. We had to buy air freshener but the dog smelled continued to return.

The free parking and shuttle are the high points of the hotel. Our room was fine but the front entry and lobby smelled like garbage. Was also not pleased when i came down for breakfast at 9:45 and it was already closed. If you say breakfast until 10 keep it open until that time.

The shuttle was a huge hit as we were in town for a Cheer Comp! The pool area was clean however the pool bottom tore up our kids feet leaving them with sore spots. The second night the pool was closed due to too many chemicals placed in it. It causes a rash, headache, coughing, etc.

Overall the property and room were nice. Our room didn't have any shampoo day 1, literally the bottle was empty. This questions the attention to detail when turning over a room. The person at the desk in the morning had an earbud in, so it took a second to get his attention. Breakfast was good, although one day they only had spicy chicken. It would've been nice to have sausage like the day before as an option, for those who can't handle spice.
