Hyatt Place Nashville / Brentwood

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Stay out of this place! After 102 hrs driving checked in at 10:30pm clerk didnt disclose the ongoing boiler problem plus paid parking until we took kids to room only to find out thats only cold water coming from faucetts i prfer 11/2 price of any hotel than this all the shampoo ,bodywash dispensers were empty just used reg soap bar NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The staff did their best which was average. We had two different rooms as we left and came back. The first room had stains on carpet and the hot water took 10 minutes to show up. The second room had a "Lady Bug" infestation. The hot water in the shower was much better.

This is a nice hotel but they not nice enough for charging for parking when they have a large lot with ample space and starting breakfast at 700am instead of 600am. Neither of those things are hospitable or accommodating.

I like staying here. Close to 65 and shopping, Breakfast buffet has a lot to be desired but I go out to eat.

Starting off positive. The view was beautiful. There was no sounds from the rooms next door. BUT.. There was not a microwave or a little freezer in the dorm fridge. The coffee maker was barely there and could not use a coffee pod.

Room was dirty, front door to the hotel was broken, the water would not get hot on the shower. I will never stay here again!!

The automatic doors weren’t working. The employee that was dealing with physical issues had to manually pry the door open for each guest. She did not appear to be in the physical condition to be doing that repetitively. She deserves 5 stars for her customer service. The hotel also smelled. It caused my allergies to flair up. The bathroom was too small and the carpets need a deep clean.

I stayed this Hyatt Place, after staying at another location in Texas sort of expecting the same vibe - the outside vibe is same but the interior was definitely outdated a little bit. It’s located on a hill, removed from the the Main Street, but easy access to a Target and its plaza across street. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was sort of a crawl space. While I had a good stay, I think it was crazy I found ants in my room AND there was a $10/day fee for parking. Otherwise, an okay stay.
