納什維爾機場舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Airport)

The hotel over-all was fine, the beds were comfy, breakfast was good, and we had friends who stayed in the same hotel but a different room and their room was nice. I think the hotel is going through some renovations, and our room had just not been gotten to yet. Shortly after we got there my husband went to close our curtains and the entire curtain rod fell almost hitting him and our son. The drawers and shelf that had the refrigerator was damaged, the hanging rod in the closet did not appear to be very secure, and it just seemed like it needed a deep cleaning. As soon as the curtain rod fell my husband went to the front desk to let them know, they said they would try to send someone to the room to fix it, and although we were only there one night no one ever came. We were on the first floor and people were walking by our room and there was no curtain or blinds to be able to close so that was a bit uncomfortable. Then the hold that they put on our card went through. If you're staying in a room that's already been renovated, your stay will probably be pleasant. If you're in a not yet renovated room, beware falling curtain rods. And the aggravation of trying to get a charge reversed.

We stayed here specifically because it was advertised as having EV charging. One of the parking spaces was blocked by a gas car, and the charger required payment at nearly the same rate as a Tesla Supercharger. We absolutely would not have stayed if we had known charging would not be complimentary. Otherwise, staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. We found the layout of the suite's bathroom and sink to offer less privacy than we would have liked for five people. We were also on an upper level, and the floor in some places of our room was squishy as though the flooring was breaking down under the carpet.

Not at all Quit, was kept awake from the running and jumping going on in the room above us. Overall room condition was okay, furniture in the side with the couch was pitiful was not level and looked as if it was trying to be fixed with expanda foam, very poor job, couldn't walk across the floor without things rattling. We were there for 5 nights and was looked out of our room twice and had to have the door keys redone. The best thing was the complimentary breakfast.

Room was not clean, smelled musty, furniture was dirty. Bathtub was hard to stand in felt like was going to fall in it. I had to call down to the front desk around midnight something above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling like maybe they were doing construction or something. Overall did not enjoy the stay there.

The rooms were okay. The staff wasn’t very friendly when we asked for additional pillow and blanket they said they was in the drawer however we needed an additional pillow and was refused. I was also not aware of the 100$ incidental for each room.

This property appeared to be in the middle of renovation. The room was supposed to have 1 king and a twin pullout couch. The couch frame was rusted and jagged. The mattress in the coach had holes and was stained so badly we could not use it. The dressers and other furniture was cheep and did not work properly.

The coffee maker didn't work in our room. The tub/shower is slippery and very curved. There should be some type of grip to keep you from sliding. The other guests were very LOUD, which comes down to the walls are thin.

Had to wait for check in because there was another customer that was upset at the front desk. But the hotel served is purpose, to get sleep. Breakfast was okay. The hot food wasn't warm at all.

The floors were uneven, draws didn’t shut, bathroom door didn’t shut well, drywall in room what cracked and falling off, stains on mattress. It was nothing like the pictures and I felt dirty being in there.
