good，very good experience

Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. It's 2024. You cannot charge $10 per day for wi-fi or ask them to sign up for membership if you want that charge dropped. Right now, there is a lot of construction (Vanderbilt U stadium) going around the hotel. They start early and there's quite a bit of noise.

We were very disappointed with this Marriott, as we usually have a good experience. There is MAJOR construction going on around the hotel that made it loud, difficult to navigate and complex with parking. The cost for parking was ridiculous (what they charge in NYC) and there were no other choices - because of the construction it took forever to get our car. The hotel lobby smelled terrible - not sure what it was - maybe mildew? The rooms did not provide a blow dryer - when requested I had to call down several times to housekeeping and ended up not getting one (over an hour). We ordered room service but the process was again complicated - had to input a credit card into the system beforehand instead of the traditional way of putting the charge on the room. We will NOT be staying here again when we visit our son.

It is a beautiful hotel near many restaurants and nightclubs. I did not realize when I booked that it would cost $49 to park plus tips for the valet. This adds a lot to the hotel cost. It is definitely not clear in the advertisement. Also the line to drop the car off was so long it took people at least a half hour or more just to drop their cars off.

The hotel was fine. My complaint is the front desk refused to give me a detailed statement of my room charges. I paid for the room in advance through ******* and gave the hotel my credit card to cover any extra charges. Almost $400 in charges were made to my credit card by the hotel and the hotel refused to give me an accounting of what was on my bill. I was there for two nights and the only extra charge should have been for parking. I think a clerk may have mistakenly or intentionally applied someone else's charges to my bill incorrectly

Overall was a good overnight stay the in-house restaurant definitely saved the trip.got to the hotel to check in and check on the parking situation,it was a mandatory $50 valet parking.that night we went to eat at our favorite restaurant in town and decided to take the hotel shuttle,we were given a number to call for the shuttle,he said it would be 20-25 minutes before he got to the hotel,we waited over a hour and no shuttle so we ate at the in-house restaurant which was very good.other than that the staff was very nice

Unfortunately, the staff was incredibly rude and on attentive. The power was out for most of the day until 2:30 in the morning when the memo said it would be out for two hours. I was told that would be a rollaway bed available and then all of a sudden there was not because they were five people. The staff did nothing to accommodate the situation. I then received a phone call telling me that I was rude. It was a very unpleasant, stay, unpleasant staff, and extremely rude.

Nice place! The van to transport us downtown was very helpful. No trouble an anything. The only complaints were that they were doing construction and we had trouble finding access to hotel, as the little sign wasn’t very large. And I hate feather pillows. Overall, great stay.
