it's a 7 min walk to broadway the main action street of Nashville. the roof top bar is amazing, one can borrow their record player and vinyls and listen in the room !

I love the views, the skye bar and the food 😋

Hotel very pretty and convenient to everything. However, the last day no hot water and the hotel could have done better letting us know. It was frustrating. also our door in room#504 didnt lock right so it took a bit of jimmying to get it to lock. Also, we realized someone from maintenance was in our room as there was a paint roller by the door when we got back on sunday and no one told us they would be in our room.

Enjoyed the robe & slippers. Clean room with strong water pressure. The golf cart service was a disappointment. it seemed they tried to make excuses for places not to drive. It was misting rain, and I was hoping they could take me to Morton’s steakhouse around the corner and they found an excuse. Many excuses throughout the days we were there.

I recently stayed at this hotel & have mixed feelings about my experience. Paying $50 a night for parking as hotel guests was an unexpected expense. To make matters worse, the elevator to the 6 - 7 story parking deck was closed for the first two days of our stay. Those who praise the "easy parking" must be referring to the simple convenience of having a parking deck. Upon arriving at the side hotel entrance, it was hard to ignore the unsightly sight of bugs & cobwebs on the walls. Not a promising first impression. Once in the room, it looked decent, but the carpet gave off a musty smell, indicating it needed a thorough cleaning. Now, onto the most disappointing aspect – the bed. The bed sheets were rough & starchy, causing irritation to the skin. The "comforter" might as well have been made of cardboard wrapped in plastic. The mattress itself was uncomfortable, to put it mildly. Noise was another issue as the rooms lacked soundproofing. We were disturbed by rowdy football fans on the first night. This happened again on our last day when the neighboring room’s occupants were clearly audible as they moved Despite these issues, I must commend the friendly staff & the nice lobby. Unfortunately, these positives didn't quite outweigh the issues we encountered during our stay. Given the price we paid, I expected a more comfortable & pleasant experience. ALSO, we overheard staff talking about someone being stuck in one of the hotel elevators.

Arrival was very disappointing. Self parked, went up to the ditch floor to find out the elevator was broken. When we first arrived we went through vale, and no one told us the elevator was broken. Walked 5 floors of stairs with luggage. Very bad front desk service. Specially after we told them what had happened. They didn’t care.

If you self-park in the parking garage, or if you use valet parking, get ready to spend $60/day plus around $1000 to fix your car due to bottoming out on steep inclines. The parking garage elevator is broken so be prepared to ascend and descend 6-7 flights of stairs to get to and from your car. Rooms have no refrigerators and no microwaves.

Great clean place, good area, free shuttle to Broadway. But, no refrigerator, microwave etc. No breakfast unless you want to stand in line to place an order at their restaurant. $50 per day parking is ridiculous, along with extra fees.
