諾艾爾(Noelle)

It was an ok hotel however need to work on parking solution. It took over 15mins to get car to valet and then on leaving we were told it would be 20mins to get our car so we ended up going to parking garage where we were parked on 7th floor and of course no elevator in service. Luckily we didn’t have to get our car out while we were there!

In my room, street noise woke me up several time during sleeping hours. Only 1 of 2 elevators were working during our stay and one morning neither was working. Private events dominated bar & restaurant facilities during our stay severely limiting our access. Nice hotel and staff, but the above problems made our visit unacceptable.

Booked the most expensive “Premium” room. Checked in to a view of a massive air handler just outside our window. Asked to be moved and ended up on 4th floor. Premium rooms are supposed to be at the top levels (12 floors). The hotel was nowhere near full capacity.

I've stayed here twice and think it's a very well run hotel. Rooms are immaculate and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant in the basement is good.

This is a boutique hotel rich in history. It is in a great location, staff are super friendly and helpful (especially Wesley and Nash). Downside is the breakfast in the basement restaurant. It’s a great venue but the food is a solid C. Skip that part.

We loved this hotel and can’t wait to go back. It is within walking distance to Broadway, Printers Alley, the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and many more places. The amenities were great and staff always made sure our room was clean and toiletries were stocked. We went on my birthday and received complementary wine in our room as well. The speakeasy and Rooftop bar are definitely a must to check out. I can not wait to return.

Begins with the front desk and the two "Gabbies" and Alex were "over-the-top" accommodating. Four distinctly unique areas to relax with an adult beverage, from the rooftop to the "speakeasy" gave excellent choices. The "Drug Store" provided excellent choices of repast and the hotel where to enjoy them. However, when spending on an ounce of premium caviar, it was extremely disappointing that whomever was in charge decided to "skimp" on the measurement.

Perfect hotel for what we needed. Super nice staff, comfy beds, loved the coffee & ice station right out front of our room - the roof top bar was convenient. The pop-up bar could have been better, and next time we need to try the restaurant. Highly recommend!

The Noelle is in a great location, with all downtown attractions within walking distance which explains the $55 valet parking per night but that's the going rate. Hotel was clean, well appointed with a retro look.
