The apartment was clean, useful for a few nights. But, when we arrived, the heat inside was unbearable because all the windows had been left wide open by the staff, being exposed to the sun all day it was unbearable. When it was time to cook, we found a f

The apartment was not clean when we arrived and the sink was clogged. We were denied access to the pool because of a swimsuit that fully complied with the rules but was deemed indecent by the security guard.
