帕拉迪索飯店，貝斯特韋斯特品質精選(Hotel Paradiso, BW Signature Collection)

En el lugar del desayuno, al aire libre en el último piso del hotel, hay gaviotas y otros pájaros andando por las mesas donde se sienta la gente a comer. De hecho, una gaviota se comió parte de mi desayuno durante el par de minutos en que me levanté para ir a coger un vaso de agua y leche. Al comentarle esto a uno de los camareros no le da importancia, se encoge de hombros y me dice que no es su problema. Entonces dejo el vaso de leche y el agua en la mesa, vuelvo para coger más comida, y al regresar me encuentro que el camarero ya ha retirado los vasos y el resto de cosas. *********** no debería estar trabajando en ningún sitio. Por culpa de él he puesto tan mala nota al hotel Me parece PAUPÉRRIMA la higiene que hay en ese hotel. Estoy sumamente decepcionado con la falta de profesionalidad de ese camarero inútil, y del malísimo cuidado de higiene. Les pongo un CERO sobre DIEZ en higiene y profesionalidad.

Prezzo pagato non corrisponde alla qualità del servizio offerto. Colazione al di sotto della mediocrità, da evitare. Parcheggio prezzo troppo alto.

호텔 직원들이 잘 교육받아 매우 친절합니다 뷰가 엄청 좋은 호텔이고 바다전망 객실은 모두 테라스가 있지만 호텔 위치 자체는 도심에서 떨어져있을뿐만 아니라 대중교통으로 다니기에 매우 어려운 위치라 그 부분은 각오하셔아해요. 저는 1박이라 각오하고 간거지만 나폴리에서 2일이상 여행하시기에 좋은 위치는 아닙니다.

Nice location, helpful staff , very clen nice food , the only thing that will improve there’s no plugs for use uk charger and night time slow internet connection

The hotel was everything we wanted, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe with all of the necessary covid precautions been taken. The room was very modern and the balcony was the best part. The view was incredible and we sat out every night to watch the city and the many different firework s display. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day!

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

I loved the gorgeous views from Hotel Paradiso looking over Naples and all the way over to Sorrento. It was quiet at night which was nice, and the food and drinks at the terrace restaurant were enjoyable! The only difficulty was that with the way the roads are in Naples, the location felt a bit far from the 'heart' of Naples. We really did enjoy our stay here after getting engaged in Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.
