那不勒斯豪華雙塔(Twin Towers Naples Luxury)

Nous remercions Maurizio pour sa disponibilité et son extrême gentillesse. Il a tenu compte de nos aspirations et nous a (très bien) conseillé dans le choix des visites pour notre premier séjour Napolitain. La chambre est magnifique, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi ainsi que le sauna. La literie et le linge sont d’une superbe qualité ; la chambre d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner dans une pâtisserie voisine est excellent. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, proche de la gare, aux portes du centre historique de Naples. Une expérience à Naples incroyable, nous y retournerons c’est sûr !

Un soggiorno indimenticabile grazie ad una suite curata in ogni dettaglio e con vasca idromassaggio da fare invidia anche ad una Spa . Gentilissimo il proprietario Maurizio , persona garbata e disponile ad ogni nostra esigenza . Posizione della struttura ottima a due passi dal centro storico . Se si arriva in macchina c’è garage convenzionato con la struttura con personale gentile e disponibile . Bella esperienza.. ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ottima posizione ed ottimo B&b …proprietario disponibile e molto gentile.. camera top … pulizia e comfort contraddistinguono questo posto.. consiglio vivamente. È stato un soggiorno piacevole… sei quasi al centro di Napoli .. puoi raggiungere tutto in poco tempo

Ottimo b&b vicino la stazione centrale di Napoli. Proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, e’ stato molto carino nel suggerire alcuni luoghi dove poter andare a degustare piatti tipici della cucina napoletana . Stanza molto bella , pulita e accogliente . Consiglio

This is the complete package and pure luxury. I travel a lot and this is without doubt the nicest place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in 5 star hotels a few times.. It is modern , spacious, extremely clean and so comfortable. It has both a sauna and a hot tub. It has netflix. Prime video works for English. It has remote control air conditioning.It has a kitchen... it has a super comfortable bed. It is city centre. Maurizio is a gentleman and made sure I got to the B&B from the airport ok. He is very kind and understood that I hadn't slept in 2 days prior to visit so was extremely accommodating and patient. I travelled from Ireland very early and was super tired. He even had breakfast of sorts waiting for me. It is extremely obvious that he takes great pride in his business and I was made to feel very welcome. I am still there now. Its my first night but I just had to express my sheer joy at staying here. If you are coming to Naples, do yourself a favour and stay here. You won't want to leave the room. This place truly is a gem. When I visit Naples in the future I will only stay here. Update: I am on my last day. I go home tomorrow. I got sick lastnight and I needed imodium. Maurizio made sure house keeping got it for me and also bananas. He text me during day to check on me. He brought around crackers. He really went above and beyond. Thanks to Maurizio I feel better now. He will be making sure I get to airport tomorrow morning. I have never experienced such dedication to guests. 5 star hotels may have a load of stuff you don't actually use and have non smart tv for example, so you sit there looking at satellite tv in a language you dont understand. Twin Towers is built towards what the international guest requires. The sauna and hot tub are brilliant. From beginning to end my needs were catered to. I will be back. Thank you Maurizio.

Excellent location - just 12 mins flat walk from main station and on the edge of the historic centre. The host Maurizio was so welcoming and helpful from being there when we arrived to giving details of sights and tours to info on good places to eat and everything! We had the King Suite - so had the luxury of a sauna and hot tub to relax in after all the sightseeing. Breakfast was a large, fresh pastry and barista coffee just around the corner at Sorella pasticceria. Great value.

Well appointed room with great location near central train station and a short work to centro storico. Helpful communications from host via WhatsApp. Make sure you have 20cents for the lift but the flights are useful for burning off pizza calories Breakfast was superb at nearby Bar Sorrella

Great facilities (sauna + jacuzzi bath both fantastic). Host, Maurizio, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very tastefully finished, with great lighting and was well designed. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and the room was cleaned to an impeccable standard - you couldn't tell that it had been used before. We had a great start to our holiday in Italy here! Would definitely return. In terms of very small negative notes - the lift to the top floor was temperamental whilst we were there (and cost 20c per trip), we were fine taking the stairs though. The jacuzzi was great, however felt self-conscious using it at times as it was quite loud. The location is fantastic as it is so central, however is in the middle of a city so you do experience some noise which was easily solved with ear plugs. The included breakfast was a short walk away (Antica Pasticceria Sorella dal 1920), and whilst the pastries and coffee were delicious, the staff were quite rude at times and not very attentive.

Spotlessly clean and ideally located next to the historic centre of Naples. The B&B is located in a charming apar**ent building with grand wooden doors. We were greeted on arrival by Maurizio who was cheerful, welcoming and ever so helpful. He showed us how the lift works, offered us coffee/water and got us checked in and settled in no time - great comms and he couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is provided just round the corner from the B&B through a third party deal with a local Pasticceria called Sorella and the staff there were friendly and helpful. You get a coffee and your choice of filled Cornetto (delicious). They have other things which look ridiculously good if you want to pay a supplement, but we were delighted with what was offered. There is a shared kitchen space with a coffee machine / kettle. Which included crockery etc that we didn't use, but was there if you needed it.
