Room was very tired, and some fixtures were out of order. It was sequent but not great value

Not a bad choice.

Reception was closed when we arrived at 6pm and we had to call the “emergency number” to find out where our key was, and then again to get the wifi details. Was adequate in other areas though.

Not what i was expecting for $200+ a night. Found a mark (blood?) on the door before even entering our room, mentioned to reception and a cleaner who were surprised they'd missed it. On entering i made the decision to keep at least socks on, carpet really needs a clean! Sadly this room on the ground floor needs some TLC. If it was $150 a night I'd take it as it is but asking over $200 id expect it to be a little better presented. Staff are friendly and views are great but room was lacking.

This company runs both shoreline and beachfront. I stay here reguarly for work which is close by. The prices are often reasonable. The rooms are a lottery as to what you will get. If you get a refurbished room, excellent. If not some can be in poor condition. This latest stay at Shoreline I was in a room that smelt of stale smoke, the air conditioning didn’t work and it was the hottest day of the year. Noisy neighbours and some maybe longer term guests. There seems little acknowledgement or bonus from staff if you are a regular business guest or have gold status with **********. Staying here is a lottery. Good room, all good, bad room, all bad. Better options to be had.

A great location. But was very disappointed that we could not check in at designated time. We were told they were short staffed and it would be an hour and a half late checkin which was inconvenient due to picking up other travellers. We were also told that we will be rung when ready and never got a phone call.

The apartment was very poorly maintained. It had a kitchen but no exhaust so if you even fry egg, the smell and smoke is all over. Bathroom fan was useless, the bathroom had all water dripping after we had shower. All walls and ceilings were wet with vapour from shower and spa. No dishwasher or oven. Location was great and the view was awesome but just a little maintenance on apartment will be make it the best place
