I stayed there with one another family. Though the property was very quiet/empty, I was told that it as completely sold out so we cannot get the 2 rooms next to each other or at least close by. The hotel offers free hot breakfast and had good options. Our teenage kids enjoyed the breakfast. We could eat scrambled eggs, potatoes, make fresh waffles, bagels, etc. Hotel charges for parking. Hotel service was very bad. Shampoo bottle was empty. When we asked for towels, shower cap, etc, they asked us to come to reception to pick them. There was one receptionist and having 3 shifts. Other than here there was no one to help us. The facility and hotel rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the hot tub. The beds are having small metal supports to avoid it from sliding and they scratched my legs several time while sitting and getting in and out of the bed. One need to be mindful about them. I took a few pictures of that. We stayed there for 1 night. Overall, we had a good time staying there.

Great Hotel and even better staff. Exceptional customer service. The only issue we had is that our first room didnt lock. The door was able to be pushed open from the outside and the in door lock never worked. Darian tried to assist us in getting it locked but to no avail and we had a room with a patio and a river view. Unfortunately Valentines weekend you were booked up so the only room available didnt have a patio and had a view of the movie theater :) We still had a great time and appreciate the 30% discount for our inconvenience.

It was an ok stay. Needed a place to stay for an early hot air balloon ride. Not the most comfortable bed and the walls were thin. Didn't appreciate the additional fee for parking. Waffles were great. Eggs were not.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great price for Napa!
