納帕河旅館(Napa River Inn)

Needed a credit card with my name on it for deposit. The only one I thought I had was a new interim card w/out my name; awaiting the new card with my name to arrive in the mail. I had other cards with not quite enough credit on each, but they contained my name. The Inn would/could not put them together so, couldn't stay. After I left, I remembered I did have a bank card with enough credit available to have used it for the deposit in my bank book and had forgotten I had it. I did not return thinking they might have cleared my reservation and I would have had to start all over, if even possible. I actually had been waiting for a reminder call/email from them 1-2 days earlier just to remind me of any details I needed to know. If they had given me a reminder call, I would have had my cards available.

We were in the Embarcadero building. Too much furniture in the room — we could barely get around without bumping into something. The bed and pillows were worn out — we slept terribly. Worst of all, this “four star hotel” has those in-room air conditioning floor units so you are either freezing cold from air blowing on you or you’re burning up because the air hasn’t kicked in. General Store closes at 4 pm and it’s basically a cultural ghost town at that point. I can’t recommend this place — lots od other options.

We stayed at room 108 in the building called embarcadero rooms. All night there was a noise every 20 minutes that didn’t let us sleep at all. That room is next to an elevator and the noise was coming from there. I pointed it out to the desk front employee but she didn’t even bother to call the manager. The hotel is in great location but they should not have those rooms for booking at all.

Honest reviews.. We booked for an executive room supposed to be & was so looking forward to it but they give us a VERY TINY ROOM and the closet is just next to the bathroom all in one..🙈 this is Napa’s way? Aye chihuahua’s! No! It’s bad! Can’t hardly breathe inside the room soooo tiny.. closet’s photos attached @their exec room in front of the bathroom mirror.. Miss Sarah you are nice & you know me and I don’t need a discount but, make it right the next time will you? If there is next time for me..

This hotel is amazing. Rooms are sper cleanand comfortable. The staff takes care of your every need and they treat you like royalty. Great location in downtown Napa within walking distance to the main entertainment district.

Great hotel on the river and close to so many outstanding restaurants and bars. This quaint hotel even includes a lovely breakfast next door at Sweeties and free parking! This will be my hotel choice everytime we are in Napa! P

The facility is located in a great area, close to downtown Napa and some of Napa's best restaurants. Parking was easy and free! The room was very outdated, noisy and dirty. Would not recommend this property.

Had a lovely stay. Place is very nice and maintained well, located very conveniently to the downtown area. The fireplace was cozy. If i had one complaint it could be that the pillows are too soft/thin.

So noisy!!! Put next to the elevator, entrance and vending machine. On top of it, had a noisy restaurant out the door/window in the room. No sleep the entire time!
