The property is lovely enoughand the staff are courteous and helpful. However, the issues with this hotel started from the very beginning. I arrived a little early only to be told that no rooms were ready - no problem. Their check in time is 4pm, so I wasn’t surprised to get the text informing me that my room was ready, came very close to 4. When we got to the room, it wasn’t the $750 suite I booked. Front desk said nothing about the downgrade or how they would handle it. At 9pm, the front desk called me to acknowledge the downgrade - the excuse was that the supervisor only NOW noticed it. Their offer: a $150 credit that I can use for room service! Suffice it to say - we will not be returning to the Andaz
