南特城堡奧考飯店(Okko Hotels Nantes Chateau)

We did not get to stay at the hotel, as there was a train strike which prevented us from reaching Nantes. The hotel was unwilling to allow us to cancel our make any adjustment for us. Although our booking was indeed on non-cancellable basis, the hotel should have been more understanding, as this is not a case of us wanting to cancel, but because we are unable to reach Nantes because of the train strike.

ジムも併設、部屋も綺麗だった。ホテルスタッフは非常に親切でありがたかった。近隣にレストランも多く、また、駅からもそう離れていないので、良かった。

Bon hôtel quoi que un peu vieillissant mais c est normal. Je trouve le pdj trop cher value for money is not good. Musique trop forte dans le lobby. Super staff très souriant et agréable. Lit et surtout oreiller top confort. Tv vieillissante aussi. Iptv ne fonctionnait pas dommage

Le Club est une bonne idée même si le personnel n'est pas toujours disponible. Il y a des bruits récurrents, comme des claquements audibles depuis la chambre 621 où je logeais. Je pense que c'est lié à l'ascenseur près duquel elle se situe. Le matin, le réveil est donc plutôt matinal. Dommage.

Hôtel moderne situé tout près du Château d’Anne de Bretagne et de la cathédrale St-Pierre et St-Paul et des autres attractions touristiques. La gare est à 15 minutes à pied. Accueil convivial, personnel dévoué, un salon club confortable prévu pour l’apéro et la collation, jus,biscuits etc. Chambres modernes, literie et serviettes de qualité, chambre de bain ultra moderne en verre et bien équipée. Les restos sont excellents autour de l’hôtel Séjour agréable et inoubliable

Hotel situato in pieno centro, avevamo. Prenotato il parcheggio che si trova subito sotto (collegato con ascensore). Camera e bagno belli e moderni. Ottimo appunto sulla biancheria Biologica (fairtrade). Personale gentile e disponibile.

Room was tiny, barely had space to open suitcase (medium sized), and terrible bathroom, poorly lit, but worse of all, you enter the bathroom through the shower, which while you’re showering leaks to the rest of the bathroom, so after the shower the whole bathroom is wet, and a slippery mess, a fall hazard…commented with hotel staff who is apparently aware of the design flaw…. The only plus to the hotel is the location (close to restaurants) and the parking garage.

Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer gebucht, angeblich mit Stadtblick, hatten wir leider nicht! Wir erwarten in einem 4 Sterne Hotel 2 kleine und 2 große Handtücher, wir hatten leider nur 1 kleines Handtuch!

Client de la 1ere heure je vois l’évolution négative du top concept ! Petit déjeuner payant - variété de mets et service bof.
