Location of the hotel is great. Re parking is very convenient

Es war im Grossen und Ganzen o. k. ausser das WC war sehr sehr klein und eng, man konnte sich nicht bewegen und wenn man ein paar Kilo mehr drauf hat, dann ist es sehr man kann sogar Platzangst bekommen. Für eine Nacht o. k. ansonsten hätten wir garantiert ein anderes Zimmer gefragt

My wife and I stayed one night in the Mercure Nancy Centre Place Stanislas on our way to Switzerland. But let’s start with the good features. Its position close to the city centre makes it ideal for a city stopover. It’s just a short walk to Place Stanislas and all the restaurants and sights. The other great facility is the car parking: it has its own underground park right opposite the hotel side entrance. The rest was pretty poor. The feature that appalled my wife was that the toilet was in a room so small that it was impossible – and I do mean literally impossible – to sit on it and close the door! The hotel management must know this and yet they go on letting this room. That complacency is unforgivable. Checkin was curious. It involved a long process conducted by a cheerful but apparently quite untrained person perched on the end of a table with a laptop. How come? The Mercure have a professional reservation system so what was this chap using? He also had a queue of annoyed people waiting to check in behind me. Eventually he walked me across to the lift and configured my room key using a gadget on the wall at the foot of the stairs. Crazy! The breakfast restaurant is too small for the capacity of the hotel. The choice was fine but It soon filled up and although two people were busy replenishing the servery, no one was on hand to supervise the situation. It seems there’s something very odd going on at this Mercure. We cancelled our return stopover

l'hotel est très bien placé, cependant la prise du petit déjeuner est horrible, sale trop petite mal agencée de plus le parking est super cher 15 euros par 24 heures non surveillé, nous nous sommes fait cambriolé notre voiture et il n'y a eu aucun geste commercial nous sommes restés cinq nuits soient 75 euros à payer??? de plus la nuit on entendait des gens jouer au ballon.

Très très moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambres vraiment minuscules, plafond avec peinture toute craquelée et même des plaques qui tombent/ parties. déception au RDV

Ótima localização, estacionamento facil ( apesar de não ser barato 45euros por noite), café da manhã excelente, equipe de atendimento fantastica e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos!
