日出嶺海濱度假村(Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort)

Room had zero noise insulation. Felt like people next door were in our room. Massive gap under main door added to the noise from next door. Window and side door onto the outdoor hallway was also noisy and lacked privacy. Room had no temperature control so we had to have the portable AC on all night, which was also noisy. Not a great night. Modern clean room was only positive

The check in person needs to learn customer service skills. The room was filthy-I am still waiting for an email from the woman that checked us out for conformation of our discount.

The thermostat was set very high and night to cool down causing sleepless night. Bed was comfortable though and the room clean and functional. However when checking out The front desk clerk had some difficulties processing the correct receipt for our stay and kept us waiting while they paid more attention to phone calls than the guest in front of them. Suggest they could have taken the name and No. of caller instead of engaging into a lengthy dialogue.

This suite was a shoe box. For what they charged for the suite and what the property offers-they’re way over priced. The add sells the grand front entrance. It quickly goes downhill after this.

The pool was great for the kids. Warm! The room was disappointing. There was a miscommunication at booking and we were given a standard room that only had a queen bed for a family of four. The front desk tried to charge an additional 130 to upgrade to the open room next door that had a pull out.

Had a great stay! View of the mountains was great, the deck was an awesome feature for a breath of morning fresh air. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant, quite enjoyed my stay.

Decent place, but there was a heat malfunction in one our rooms that caused the temperature to be almost unlivable. Floors were extremely hot, and caused us to be unable to sleep. Poor timing but the construction made it a little less than ideal.

Noisy, room was under a set of stairs. Other guests were up and down the stairs all night. Black mold in the shower between the tile and glass walls. Won't be going back.
