The staff at Four Points are Hurlingham are fantastic. They are excellent at customer service - which is what makes my stays memorable. The dedication and care that I receive every time I stay will keep me coming back. Every day as I leave for and return from work, I am greeted by the reception staff, housekeeping staff, security staff and welcomed with a smile by Pablo’s restaurant staff (Faith is exceptionally pleasant). The quality of food is top notch thanks to Chef Howard and his team (including but not limited to Chef Dominic, Beryl, Clarice and Chef Danstand). For my most recent trip, I made a request to have my dietary needs accommodated and everything I asked for was done with such professionalism and kindness that I feel truly cared for. One tip for those who have not been to Nairobi before, be prepared to be requested to comply to the security checks on entry into the hotel. It may seem burdensome however, it is necessary due to the historical context of Kenya. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me for places to stay on business in Nairobi.

在內羅畢，酒店房價特別昂貴，我選擇了這家酒店，在商業中心，衹是公寓式酒店，前提是你沒有很多客戶前來拜訪，每一批客戶都要經過登記，多少感覺有點不方便，因為沒有公共的咖啡酒吧

I booked a 1 room unit (near parking/reception) for a 5 night stay at Woodmere. I had second thoughts when a woman in the opposite unit endlessly ranted and shouted till around midnight. I reported this occurrence as it was impacting my stay. For the next 4 nights l was moved to a suite overlooking the swimming pool - a much nicer, more comfortable and spacious apartment with a balcony - without any extra charge being incurred. I extended my stay a further 2 nights when offered the reduced rate of $100 US for the extra 2 nights. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks especially to Nelly and Mark at reception for your professionalism and kindness. Thanks also to the maid Betty. Thank you Woodmere! I highly recommend you.

The hotel staff was welcoming from start to the end. My son loved the swimming pool . food was good especially breakfast . The hotel felt homely and it’s close to good shopping mall out of the city hassle and we felt safe walking . My family and I will be going back .

Cornel, Jemimah, Peter and liz were very caring and helpful in our conference meeting. The food was delicious and to spice it up the snacks killed it coz the snack were freshly made. Tho I loved the wings more..we will be back for the services.

酒店離yaya center很近，走路三百米. 裡邊有中餐和超市，酒店房間牀單不舒服，不幹凈，雖然這已經算不錯的酒店了，酒店員工熱情，打車去國家公園也不遠，wifi免費，市內太堵車，比南非差太多。

Amazing hospitality and friendly staff. The rib platter was especially delicious. We also enjoyed the extensive drink menu with the variety of cocktails to choose from. Would definitely visit again and again.
