Really nice apartment with very friendly staff. Close to grocery stores allowing us to use the kitchen and a taxi ride to all the relevant sites. Unfortunately there was construction and all the facilities were not available such as the gym, children's playground etc

I have been staying at the apartments over the years and pre renovations. I have always enjoyed my stay and found the apartments to be extremely comfortable, well equipped, clean and in a great location and now they are more beautiful after the renovations. The staff are a big asset and it is so lovely to be welcomed each time I come back. Many thanks to Jacinta, Ruth and Tom for amazing service as always. My family have now experienced a lovely stay at the apartments. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Many thanks.

We loved our stay at Yaya Hotel and Apartments. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it so romantic with rose petals and bouquet of flowers. I lovey touch which was sincerely appreciated. The Hotel is centrally located to amenities and easy to access using Uber. The only unfortunate part is that our water was cold, we took cold showers. Even after countless request, the problem was not fixe.

Stayed for a week. The staff from reception desk, security, housekeeping were all very professional and nice. They made our stay wonderful. Location is near to city center and shopping. The rooms were renovated recently. Too modern looking and lacks any Kenyan decor. The gym, swimming pool and tennis court need serious upgrade. Otherwise great experience

Should you need peace, tranquility, and a dream apartment both for yourself, family, or friends with great ambiance and the easiest access to shopping malls, eateries, and pubs, then the most recommended place to be is Yaya Apartment Center. It's newly refurbished, clean, and comfortable. I will describe it as spectacular!

My husband, our 2 sons and I stayed at The Yaya apartments for 3 nights over Easter. We booked a 3 bed and it was the best decision ever! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you would need: fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, utensils cutlery etc. It also has an open plan living and dining area,and the décor was impressive. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis, including the Kitchen. Linen was changed everyday and extra's were also provided for our convenience. Other facilities ; an outdoor play area for kids, a tennis court, swimming pool , 2 lifts and ample secure parking. The location is super convenient! We could get into the The Yaya mall via a walkway just outside the Apartments. There is a supermarket, where you can get your supplies, shops , restaurants, a food court, pharmacy, basically its a one stop shop! There's plenty of restaurants and night spots nearby as well. The CBD is also approximately 15 minutes drive. Nairobi Hospital 5 minutes or so. They also have ample secure parking, and if wish you take public transport, there is a bus stop just outside. Security wise, they are very strict at vetting, we felt safe. The staff, - house keeping, reception and security - were all very friendly and helpful. CONS: Apart from the Master being ensuite, 2 other double bedrooms were rather small and they share the WC/ bathroom, which also serves as a guest WC. However, the comfortable beds/pillows and linen made up for it. In any case, we were out most of the time, so the bedrooms served their purpose - a place to sleep in comfort. Overall, if you want space and the feeling of being home away from home, but still feel like you are on holiday, then Yaya Apartments is the place to stay! We will be back for sure!
