Our visit to Dusit Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, beginning with a day room photoshoot and culminating in a delightful evening at their Lounge Bar. We had the opportunity to book a day room for photoshoot and the experience exceeded all expectations. The room was elegantly designed, offering beautiful backdrop for the shoot. The natural lighting streaming through the large windows was a photographer's dream. Thumbs up to Mozart for the arrangements. The bar was a combination of sophisticated atmosphere, world-class cocktails and most notably the incredible services provided by Andrew and Deborah (smiling all through and so eloquent) Not forgetting this lady at the reception (Susan), her genuine charm and hospitality added to the overall experience. Her smile was infectious and her assistance with the luggage earlier in the day showed her dedication to making us feel welcomed and Valued. Credit to Dorcas as well. We desire to return for another memorable visit, it's truly a place where exceptional services and hospitality makes all difference. KUDDOS ALL..👍

I arrived in the afternoon, requesting an impromptu tour of the hotel as a travel agent, and the ladies Faith and Susan graciously took their time to show me around. The hotel is only 6 months old and beautiful! Also very quiet as it’s in a residential area. Even if you don’t book here you have to visit their rooftop bar, The Aviary. You’ll see it’s very fun and sophisticated ✨ Highly recommend and will be happy to host clients here in the future!

I'll chose Dusit Princess Hotel Residences again and again due to extremely professional and kind Hotel staff The rooms are new, spacious and exceptionally clean and the feeling is like homeץ The gym is located on the top floor of the hotel, equipped with all the equipment and next to it is a pool which is another reason why to choose this hotel. I had dinner at the hotel and again all compliments to the chef and the great service. And finally, even the hotel manager introduce himself personally and asked if there any feedback or something that he can do for me.

Great experience at check in and check out area The rooms were clean and they provided all the personal care items one would need. The internet was on point However they could improve on breakfast buffet and have more choices but what was available was good 👍

Conference facilities are good. Great for small groups, great staff.. The Bar service was exemplary.. served by Jael and Boniface! The General Manager was also welcoming and engaging. We got to enjoy our short stay during the cocktail

The olive restaurant service was just so horible! We went for dinner and you could tell the waiters just wanted to close shop especially our waitress Victoria. We had to call for someone to serve us yet we were only quite few in the restaurant. I’d rather you ate at Aviary lounge which is on 8th floor.

The hotel has a lot of security. The rooms are big and clean. The food in the restaurant is very good. And the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful (I was supported by Jacob, Dorcas and Stephen).

It was a really good experience, I loved the place, it was pretty, everyone was respectful and very welcoming. We were welcomed by Norah and she was very helpful and very polite. Definitely recommend my friends and family.

Very nice hotel in every way and great personnel. Unfortunately not much to do for our 3-year old girl. Not perfect for family with small child. Otherwise very nice.
