The customer service was excellent from the gate to the restaurant area. I particularly enjoyed and appreciated Kelvin's service. He truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was delicious and quite filling, not to mention the dessert. We will definitely be back for the Sizzling Friday.😋💯👏🏾

酒店環境安全，有大閘門及保安看守，房間內環境乾淨，一般設備還好，員工友善👍🏻 酒店頂層有酒吧，環境不錯有氣氛❤️

Very lovely stay. Rooms were very clean. We had an amazing balcony which had a great view of the city skyline. We stayed at this Hotel twice! Also I would definitely recommend grabbing a mocha from the small cafe/coffee shop near reception. I would try and get a room on a higher floor as of course that = better view. Although saying this I still enjoyed the view from the sixth floor also!

Overall it was ok. Pros, good location, the staff are friendly and the room is decent. Cons, the reception is inefficient and check in takes longer than it should. It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.

沒有中文服務，服務員很熱情，服務周到，連續住了幾天，就我們兩個中國人，他們比較尊重中國人。早餐還行，水果，沙拉都有。中餐午餐都是自助，疫情期間管理還是很嚴格的，環境不錯。

在老城區市中心，去超市買吃的方便，去國家博物館打私家車很快就能到。缺點是酒店就一棟樓，沒其他活動區域，設施也比較老。

Rooms at crossroad hotel are modern, spacious and clean. However it's extremely noisy, not only with the night club upstairs (avoid weekend at all cost) but also from the room adjacent. Staff is also very inexperienced asking all sorts of irrelevant questions. I would not recommend, in particular if you are travelling with children. On the last day, the lift wasn't working and rooms are located on the 8th floor (club on the 9th floor and reception on the 5th floor).
