We stayed in Cottage, the stay was good. We had a great time. The staff was welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Pramod. The food was really nice and delicious. The washrooms and furniture need a bit renovation. Our main purpose of visit was function which was fulfilled and the surrounding area was very peaceful and relishing. All the arrangements made by the staff were good. In all it was a nice stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff and service is amazing. Manoj Bisht ji was very polite and helpful. The food is 10/10. Would definitely recommend. They also provided early check-in and were very accommodating with everything that we needed.

This was my 4th visit and I finally found my favourite hotel in Nainital. The location is perfect. It faces the Naini Lake, its on the mall road area where most prominent shops are there, its walking distance for Naini Devi temple and bhotia market area, and walking distance from the zoo shuttle pickup zone. The staff are very polite and helpful. I stayed in lake facing rooms. They are really amazing and adequately designed with modern amenities. The rooms are well lit with natural light. They have good space and can accommodate 2+1. The room service is very prompt and the hotel has no problem with you bringing food from outside. I was there with friends and we cherished every moment of our stay and created wonderful memories.

Location, food, amenities - everything about this property is great. People are amazing; owner herself taking care of guests. They let you play music and enjoy on one of their open terraces. Three things they can improve: cross ventilation in rooms. We had a wonderful corner room with amazing weather outside but the room was hot inside. Food variety in breakfast was limited and it felt they were a bit understaffed. The same 2 guys handling everything from restaurant to luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located in the main market area, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and transportation. *pros* - central location in the heart of haldwani's main market
- friendly and helpful hotel staff
- clean and well-maintained rooms
- good value for money *cons* - hotel rate are bit higher if they put some discount on next visit that will be best then *overall experience*
my stay at hotel silver palace was pleasant, and i would recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in haldwani. The hotel's location and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.

Below is my honest review. - room and toilet were clean. - view was good. - room has tv but they recharged it for our 1st day only, post that it wasn't working. - staff was friendly and supportive. - food price are little higher. You will find same food with lower price at mall road. - location of hotel is at mall road but you have to use strayers to reach the hotel, if you are ok with it then it's fine. My overall experience was good with this hotel.

訪訪客用戶I have stayed at this resort for 2 times. This is the best property to have a very comfortable day at bhimtal. The place itself is very beautiful, rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Staff are very courteous. They work extra mile to to make you feel comfortable. Managers mr birendra and mr rakesh are very hospitable and quick to respond. Restaurant deserves a special mention especially mr jeevan and the great head chef. This is a great stay option for all people travel-ling to nainital.
