去停靠納尼塔爾 - 旅社(Gostops Nainital)

Service is really poor.rooms shown on Google or aap is not true. I booked a private deluxe room,but trust me it looks like a dome even they can't provide us water ,towel etc. Worst experience pls dont go there . Go stops are worst n even their staff don't have maners to talk.

Pros: 0 Cons: 1. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered. 2. No Water Supply 3. No hygiene methods followed in the kitchen (Do check the photos below) 4. Only one fan in whole room of 6 dorms. 5. Common area is a mess. (No ball in Foosball, No tips in pool sticks also no chalks were provided, Very poorly maintained couch and seats, no powder given for carrom table) Do read the whole story on google if interested and trust me on this “ NEVER BOOK A STAY WITH GOSTOPS”

Overall go stop property was not good like we expect much more from this stay but the staff was super-good specially manager ( piyush ) need to be praised also i think he should be at some senior levels

Stay was good. People are very friendly and easy to approach. They have cool indoor games. You can also play gully cricket there. They help you to arrange scooty or car on rent. Room was good. Food is good but pricey for me. I liked the alloo paratha & chai. You can click aesthetic photo as they have cool decor. You will young there. Thank you

The property is at a walking distance from the mall road, naini lake, and naina devi temple. The balcony is situated facing the magical views of hills. I found the staff quite hospitable during my 2 day stay at gostops. The bedding was clean and tidy. The washrooms could have been well maintained, however, i didn’t face any hassles due to low occupancy during my stay.

Too much pathetic experience, there is no privacy for rest rooms and bed sheet was very bad smelling, i was roaming here and there for complaints but there was no person to handle. Lockers was not safe. I was with my wife she feels so uncomfortable, it was very annoying

Location is good but service is very bad. When i entered the room first it smells very bad and dust are there on bed and table also basic items are not there like water, mat, kettle etc i know it's hostel type but when couples visit there they should provide these basic things my experience is so bad but it cost 4000 per day and servic is negligible although washroom flash was not working. I think it charges only for location because it really nice so plzzz gostop manger provide these things when couples visit there and cleaning must be there in garden area, in rooms

The vibe of the hostel was superb, the staff was so kind and helpful. Met awesome people on the trip

Location is little far from mall road but is located in serene area, staff is really polite, had interaction with receptionist tarun pant who was really good and helpful
