費恩半山度假村(The Fern Hillside Resort Bhimtal)

Property , staffing , service was fantastic,I visited in Jan 2024 , food quality is good and service of food is more faster than your imagination, cleanliness was good , more at the end it was nice stay. Property is 2.5 kms above the normal road on the hill and have a great view , I would rather suggest to have good driving skills while reaching this property.

The stay was excellent all the staff was very friendly the food was excellent and there was no delay in the service. Overall the experience was very very good and the view from the property was awesome. The receptionist staff was good the restaurant staff was amazing and the room service was on time . I would say if someone is planning to come then you are making the good decision.

The stay was wonderful. The karaoke was great. Specially reception staff Vinita and Shradha very cooperative and helpful nice ambience and good service by everyone we stayed here for one night and the day hospitality was amazing we will recommend to my friends and family thank you

The experience was really good. Rooms were clean and hospitality of reception and food serving depar**ent was great. Kudos to shradha, Vineeta and Anand. Welcome drink was really tasty. Balcony room was really nice. It’s adventure to reach here.

Nice property. Activity room has TT, badminton, air hockey, Foosball, net cricket, swings, bon fir place, etc. Courteous staff overall especially at reception - Shradha and Vineeta. Every evening there is IPL with Tandoor arrangements.....

Hotel service is a good Front desk Shrdha & Vinita very politely and humble. Room are very quiet overlooking vally and mountain amazing ambience staff are very polite we had amazing time at the fern bhimtal special thanks Mr Dinesh and team provided top notch services

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Date of stay: 2 April.

Everything is well-maintained and assured us a great stay.. reception staff miss vineeta and miss sharadha they speak very politely and provided us everything on time .. the outdoor and indoor games are very entertaining and food is really good..
