Hotel was very clean. Stuff are very hospitality. View is marvelous. Food is so good all stuff are very friendly. Specially, front desk officer, Mr. Nabin Karki he was very helpful and supportive rooms are clean organized and having very beautiful of you from all aspects and the future I am planning to visit it again

Tayo Eco Resort Soaltee is a fabulous place with an excellent location with an amzing view of the Himalayan Range, comfortable spacious rooms, yummy tasty food and above all Awesome team of people who are very friendly, helpful, pleasant, efficient, prompt and serve with a smiling face always wanting to do more. We had a fabulous stay and a special of the Resort Manager Nabin who took personal care of us with love and affection and the entire team who made our stay memorable. I loved the ambience of the property. It was great experience staying in soaltee Westend nagarkot. All the staffs here are friendly and nice human being. Generally subodh budhathoki made my stay excellence. Breakfast and dinner was very good with variety Highly recommend this place wonderful experience of hold peace of mind.

Our time at Soaltee Westend Resort was truly wonderful and we couldnt be happier with our stay. The view from our room was beautiful, stunning mountains during the day and sparkling city lights at night. The staff were all so genuinely friendly and accommodating, we loved seeing their smiling faces every day. Will definitely return one day!

A peaceful place to relax and take in the amazing views. Restaurant, Bar, cleaning, garden and management staff are all very welcoming and want to ensure that your stay is perfect. It will be difficult to drag yourself away from the breathtaking view through the floor to ceiling window of your room.

It was a mixed bag experience for my family... sunset view was good however we just missed it since we were bit late to reach as we were tangled by the front desk as my wife was not carrying her Id which was surprisingly a mandatory for the hotel however thanks for the management they didn't asked id's ofmy two kids😝 ... very bad starting of the trip😓 welcome drinks was nice service hospitality and briefing of Mr. Sajan Manandhar was perfect.. however the room we got was the last one leftover I think🤣 since we booked pretty late on 11th hour which we understand.. dinner was good as well as the breakfast.. bathroom was more than perfect for me however room was comparatively very small and conjusted... mattress was perfect.. it was a perfect boutique type of hotel since they were focusing to promote newari cultures that was the best part.. We were ok to return back home after a night's trip on asthami of dashain.. here comes the story and the twist... after 5days of dashain holidays for my work when I needed I found my macbook missing in home which we left in the hotel room.. to our surprise when I called hotel after 5days and asked politely if i have left my laptop a lady staff replied they haven't found any after some minutes.. I again called to pls check them once again they replied again they haven't found any laptops after about an hour of searching.. they said they were very sorry to say so.. I was shocked... then I had to be harsh on them.. I again confidently said 3rd time I left my macbook there in my hotel if i dont get it it will be a next level serious issue,then after serious talk they checked again took some time and said they got my macbook and it was safe with them which they said they sent it to city office ... Huh.. ***!!! Till 5days what were they doing..don't they have to inform me??where is the professionalism?? Where is the management??The main concern for me was I was very much worried about all the datas which might be erased or misused so wanted to see the pic of my macbook at least which they were not able to send me instantly.. and they told them to pick from the city office I said I was going to receive the very moment then they said the office was closed 😒 and asked to take tomorrow.. I couldn't sleep that night properly as i Was not satisfied at all with the management and how they took this issues so lightly.. Hey come on man the project is worth of millions and they could not train their staffs for the trust of a 200k wroth of mac book.. I would have given back handsome money to the house keeping if they would have returned my laptop to me the very day or next day.. I don't know really what was the real case with my macbook till now what happened till 5 days.. sajjan ji said he was sorry bt don't think sorry is enough for me so had to share it on TripAdvisor to be careful while visiting tayo.. no hard feelings with tayo personally..
