魚鷹飯店(Osprey Hotel)

Osprey hotel. Albergo piuttosto grande con spa e piscina. Camera piuttosto grande e comoda buon letto matrimoniale ma con due materassi accoppiati un po’ fastidioso. Bagno molto bello, spazioso con bella vasca e doccia in pietra. Abbiamo chiesto con messaggio prima dell arrivo se bagno turco piscina e sauna erano a pagamento e il loro orario di apertura e ci hanno detto che era a pagamento e finiva alle 18. In arrivo alle 18,30 ci hanno detto alla reception invece, che sono disponibili gratis e aperti fino alle 21,30 se nn sbaglio. Ci è sembrato scorretto. Piscina e saune sono raggiungibili passando x il garage, ma non ci sono accappatoi. Probabilmente la spa che offre massaggi vari chiude alle 18 ed è a pagamento. Per la piscina serve la cuffia non disponibile. Colazione varia classica nella media con cibi dal buffet e portate calde. In generale una bella struttura buon rapporto costi e benefici

Très bon hôtel, qui se présente un peu comme un spa balnéaire, avec un grand hall d'accueil et un accès relatif à une belle piscine, notamment le matin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et belles, avec terrasse. Le personnel est serviable. Petit-déjeuner correct.

From the moment I checked in, the service and hotel was amazing. The rooms are stunning and very modern. The gym and pool facilities are perfect and not too busy. Breakfast was 10/10 and Janice was so attentive and a breath of fresh air to start the morning. Will definitely return to the Osprey hotel

This is not a 4* hotel. To access the pool with my daughter, we had to go through the underground car and up two flights of stairs and go outside to get into the leisure centre. Far from ideal if you have kids or it’s raining. The changing area is small and the pool was cold, my daughter wanted to leave after ten minutes due to the cold. Breakfast was ok, but for the amount of staff in attendance the tables weren’t properly set and I had to source cutlery and milk myself from other tables. The staff are friendly, but that seems to the only plus to staying there. The room was nice, but couldn’t get the aircon to work properly. It’s a Celtic tiger hotel whose best days are behind it, and is now run by a hotel group whose main focus is profit rather than hospitality.

The initial deal was very reasonable. B&B with 3 course evening meal plus a 50 minute spa treatment. The treatment was amazing couldn't fault it. The free drink on arrival was also a nice touch. The only down side to the spa is there is no pool in the spa and to access it, U need to go down to basement and through a carpark to get to it. The room was fab the bath is amazing and a lovely balcony. 😍 fab in the sun. We did end up getting stuck in the fire escape and found it hard to get out. There are no handles on the doors in the fire escape 🤔 The meal in the bar was disappointing the starter chicken wings were fab.the main noodle dish with chicken and prawn was awful . The chicken was over cooked and hard. Very bland and tasteless. When we complained we were compensated with a bottle of presecco. And we had our breakfast to the room the next morning for which there is usually a charge. It was free. The breakfast was grand usual hotel brekkie. A few changes to the layout could have this place fab. The pool being so far away from the spa is annoying and also the food needs improvement.. the staff were lovely throughout.

My daughter has been attending swimming lessons with Kaitlyn in the Osprey hotel, since August 2023. Kaitlyn is the epitome and personification of excellence in teaching children how to swim. Kaitlyn possess an abundance of patience and has an incredible ability to foster positive relationships with the children she teaches. My daughter absolutely adores Kaitlyn and looks forward to her weekly lessons. I can't recommend Kaitlyn highly enough. She possess outstanding qualities of skill, empathy, fun and most importantly enthusiasm when teaching the children. My daughter's swimming abilities have improved enormously since attending Kaitlyn for lessons. I'm profoundly grateful to Kaitlyn for what she has achieved with my daughter's swimming capabilities.

I come to this hotel since years now, coming for business reasons but feeling at home. I "know" quite a n° of employes here and some of them recognize me... when you arrive late in the night and someone at the reception smiles to you and talk as a friend, is important. But more then everything else I love the breakfast time, when Moira, a lady that I've been seen here since ever, has always lovely words for me and make me smiling. That make the difference!

I got a voucher for the Osprey Hotel Spa for my birthday. I used the voucher yesterday and it was amazing. Everyone was lovely and professional. The facilities are spotless. I got a brilliant treatment from Debbie who looked after me very well.
