綠宮飯店(The Green Hotel)

Un très bon accueil et un très bel endroit à Mysore ! Le lieu est plein de charme et d'histoire. Les chambres, même dépourvues de climatisation, restent très agréables et fraîches. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! Le soir, le grand jardin fait office de terrasse et les serveurs ont été aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux et le service extrêmement gentil. (Petit bémol pour le lieu d'accueil des chauffeurs, assez mal entretenu)

Senza dubbio il palazzo merita, conserva quel fascino coloniale di altri tempi e ha un bel giardino. Per il resto , se consideriamo l'importo pagato, non ne vale la pena. Ri***e su un viale trafficato un po' fuori ***o. Le stanze sono trasandate anche se pulite. La colazione e' semplice , con 4 cose, niente di che'. Servizio minimale svogliato. Abbiamo provato il ristorante che, nonostante la location , non ha entusiasmato. Se non volete andare negli albergoni o nelle catene, trovate ottimi hotel di pregio storico, spendendo poco di piu'.

Auf unserer Südindien Rundreise waren wir hier für zwei Tage um Mysore zu entdecken. Aufgrund der Beschreibungen hatten wir uns eigentlich auf das Hotel gefreut. Aber dann sahen wir das Zimmer (Bollywood Room), das für uns gebucht war. Eigentlich passte da nur das Bett rein. Für Koffer ist außer auf dem Boden zwischen Bett und Wand kein Platz. Als alternative wurde uns ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus angeboten. Das hatte aber den Charme einer Garage so blieben wir bei dem Zwergenzimmer. Hier ist es übrigens auch das erste mal, dass kein Trinkwasser kostenlos auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Für das Zimmer, das zwar sauber, aber ein bisschen sehr in die Jahre gekommen war, gäbe es maximal 2 Punkte. Was aber das ganze wieder auf 3 Punkte bringt ist des Restaurant und der Biergarten in dem es tatsächlich Bier vom Fass gibt.

Not a place to stay for 2k. Stay away else you will spoil your weekend. This looks good from outdoor but nothing is special about this place it feels like some free stay hotel or dormitory. You can find a better stay around 500mts further or before.

It's a hotel with a great heritage value.. Beautiful gardens, furniture with antique charm.. The services can be improved on ***y areas..particularly inadequate would be the breakfast buffet...which does not even begin past 8 am.. So if you are looking for early start in the day beware... It may be better to catch a better breakfast elsewhere.. The rooms could do with a coffee making facility especially as the room service wakes up well after 7am.. Addition of shampoo and shower gel dispensers would be welcome as these are almost universal in hotels in present times.. Some of the staff were courteous and made our stay comfortable including ***ju and Charan and the breakfast buffet servers who clearly appeared exhausted I guess from the previous nights dinner guests who stayed till midnight...despite which they served the breakfast whatever little there was..of it.. Kudos to them.. All in all a good 3 nights spent in the most charming maharani suite with a few hiccups.. Recommend it, but suggest you carry a good toiletries supply and find breakfast elsewhere...!!

A beautiful building full of history We stayed in the next building which was nice but very noisy the street by is very busy ( I guess in India is a usual thing …) Wifi connection is pretty bad in the next building and also in they gardens

Overall stay was good and accommodation also. we enjoyed our stay. Food and ambience, house keeping service, overall rooms are neatly maintained and moreover the property is very old as I heard and maintenance is upto standard.

The trip was good. I stayed in Aishwarya Residency with my Family (6 people). The hotel stay was ok.. I had booked 2 rooms for 6 adults. It was not sufficient. Dinner at Gufha restaurant was super. Overall good experience
