The property could be great but poor/horrible management. Common areas are not clean. Towels, clothes, shoes, and cups on the flat roof of the hotel. “What a beautiful view that is looking down on the pool from your balcony. Limited and or lazy staff. Garbage overflowing during breakfast, workers see it and literally say “just add it in there”. Guests enjoying the complementary breakfast barefoot, nobody says a word. Horrible room turndown service. Never once vacuumed. The rooms are Not clean, and need maintenance. They Didn’t make the beds or restock toiletries, only took out the trash. The pools are disgusting!!!!cloudy and filthy. Pool water needed to be shocked and or replaced regularly to ensure cleanliness with that amount of people using them. No supervision at the pool by hotel staff. The pool loungers being used a floating toys by the children. Towels and garbage all over the pool deck and beach. By mid day the pool towel rack is empty and dirty towels thrown everywhere. Guests leaving towels everywhere. Rowdy crowd. Pool area extremely crowded by your hotel and the adjoining 4 other hotels that get to share the amenities. Trust me. Listing says 9.2 “highly recommended” but if you have any amount of standards/class, and enjoy a nice vacation with your family, where you can actually see the bottom of the swimming pool and have things nice. Don’t waste your money here. Unfortunately 400-550$ a night doesn’t get you service anymore.

Great location and view. Room was new but needs more lights. Also needs a bathroom fan and some hooks for towels!!

First time in Myrtle Beach and was happily surprised. First, all the rooms are ocean facing with a balcony, the bed were comfy, not hard or soft, and all suite spaces allow a speration of seeping area and a living room space with a sleep sofa. The hotel staff was very gracious and helpful, though families are in and out for the pool and beaach area, the hotel has a calming atmosphere. They also give a welcoming packet with plenty of materials to find things to do and where to eat. Unfortunately, there isn't a fine dining restaurant on site but there are plenty of eateries in walking distance including a Starbucks right across the street. They also have Starbucks in the hotel, 1st floor bistro. Other perks are included breakfast for the hotel guest and a graciously appointed gym both of which you need your room key to access. Lastly, the miles of beach is pristine, and included pools for all ages and all abilities, all very family friendly. I'll be back!!

The room was clean and well maintained. On-site food options were limited, but plenty of near by restaurants. Breakfast buffet, very basic. The pool, lazy river and beach access is excellent.

Breakfast could be elevated a bit as well as food in general. Bacon on the buffet limited to Wednesdays and Fridays, that’s funny. Personnel in buffet and restaurants and everywhere were very attentive and friendly. Overall we liked our stay.

We'll Be Back Family friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. Dinner downstairs in their restaurant was meh but the waitress was awesome! The only thing I didn't like was having to cross the busy street with my kids to get to their parking garage but other than that I'm pretty sure we'll return next summer. Thank you for helping us make our first time in Myrtle Beach a great one!
