STAY SALTY ⛱Newly updated two bedroom plus 1 and a half bathroom beach cottage in award winning Ocean Lakes. Short golf cart ride to the beach. The house comes with a golf cart (must be 21 and have a valid drivers license). House comes with 2 queen beds and sofa bed in living room. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are smart TV's in every bedroom and large flat screen in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware and a dishwasher and garbage disposal and large pantry. Bathroom has a jetted walk-in tub . Home has full-size washer and dryer and a large laundry room. We also have a charcoal grill. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 a night, per vehicle for parking pass. This is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom Oceanfront Penthouse. This condo is on the 12th floor and provides our guests with the most breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean! This condo is pristine, very exquisite in every detail. Entertain in great style from your open spacious combined floor plan, which features a large living room and dining space. The living room has a 55" flat screen smart tv, a pullout queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace for ambiance or those cooler evenings as the sun sets over the night sky. Both bedrooms have a 50" flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the beautiful island and adjacent is a convenient office space here as well. The kitchen has all granite counters, a beautiful glass tile back splash, full size range and refrigerator, cookware, also a coffee pot, microwave, iron & ironing board, hair dryer & dishwasher for your convenience.
