Compass Cove is good overall. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Be warned that they push time-shares when you check in. The laundry situation is horrendous. You'll have to go to a third party laundromat to get anything done. The machines take quarters (or an app), yet they have no quarter machines nor does anyone in the entire complex have quarters. The worst part is that the machines are hungry for quarters and will steal them and you won't be compensated for it.

I’ve stayed at compass cove a few times and usually we have a great experience. This time the room was not clean. The refrigerator didn’t cool. There was a couple bugs. The tub had a horrible smell coming from the drain.
It needs updating to say the least.

It was a nice stay. Hotel amenities such as Starbucks, gift shop, restaurant have longer hours. Room was very clean, bed could use pillowtop mattress. Hotel was close to where we were visiting.

The sunrise ocean view was beautiful. No toilet paper in room on arrival.Took two calls and 2 hours to get toilet paper.
Toilet was stopped up upon arrival. Took two calls and two maintenance visits and hour to get unstopped. Sheet was too small for the bed so it couldn't be tucked in. There was a 2 inch diameter hole in top sheet. Flooring was dirty and slippery on arrival. Black mold on bathroom walls. 1 1/2" diameter hole in closet floor to unit below.

It would have been better if it wasn't so cold and rainy. I've always stayed at your property and this is the first time I the Indigo. Honestly I really didn't like it compared to the other areas in your resort but I still love it.

The Indigo building was not anything like the rest of the resort. It was obvious they had purchased a small old hotel and made a few cosmetic changes but still not great. It was clean and good enough but not great.
